List of Raul Ayala's Reviews
Complained about pain in ankle, was sent for exray and result came back in aprox. 3 days. No one called me, and about a month after when i was in terrible pain and called; they told me the doc would call me the next day. No call came I went and was told I had a fracture. I still had to go back the next day for a referral, and when I ask why not on contacted me, Dr Ayala informed me he cannot control what his administration does. That was very unprofessional. My orthopedic doc sent a referral for a brace from 2/08/22, I have not gotten it as of today 3/03/22. This office is a total joke.
I have been chronically ill most of my life and was referred to Dr Ayala because doctors don't know what to do with me. When I first met Dr Ayala, it was at the height of the pandemic, and my dad very recently passed (I think it was within a week of my father's passing). It was a stressful time, and my history with doctors is more bad than good. One year later, Dr Ayala is a huge advocate for me and helping me manage my illnesses to enjoy my best life possible. I am grateful for him and his level of care. I highly recommend him. Disclaimer, please be patient with him and his staff. He's only in the office interacting with patients one day a week, and he can be a bit of a moving target, but it has never affected my level of care. He is a consumate professional, a brilliant mind, and a heart for people, a very rare type of doctor these days.
Never & I mean never question doctor Ayala. He will punish you in ways that are on the verge of sue worthy. After self discharging from pain management on Dr. Ayala’s request he then proceeded to “mess around” with my regular pain regiment. After having my insurance contact him on his personal cell phone number, which he provided to me as a means of communication due to the lack of office staff answering phone calls or voicemails, he refused to answer why. I was then advised by my insurance to contact the department of managed health care to file a grievance. After filling the grievance Dr. Ayala discharched me for once again a sue worthy situation.NEVER QUESTION DR. AYALA. His office staff, managers & directors are unhelpful, mean & rude at times. I will never return & look forward to hearing what the appeals & grievances departments of my insurance & the DMHC have to say.Other physicians within the same medical group & even office as Dr. Ayala are fantastic. For instance Dr. Mederious & Lasher are two awesome doctors. I would suggest them to anyone.

He has no professional ethics, he does not listen to the patient and I do not trust his knowledge as a doctor. I do not recommend it.
No complains at all. Very happy with staff. Very friendly and compassionate Dr.
He has been very concerned about my issues. This doctor explains my conditions and arranges labs and followups. I arrived at this office after having it out with an uncaring doctor with the bedside manner of a brick. The Valrico clinic can keep that one (on the shelf). cns
I lost my respect for this doctor. I paid for my personal record and I left that clinic. It is a nightmare! The staff is rude. They do bot answer phones or they hang up on you. I spoke to the doctor made excuses and told me go to another doctor what I did. I do not recommend this doctor.
I had an appointment for laboratory Sunday was for 8 am to 8:30 began to call the nurse, bad attitude does not want to return. Dr Ayala hope to read everything here is written to give you an idea of what happens in their offices.
The waiting room wait time is too long, and front deck asked me if my insurance was through the Obama Care because they don't take this type of insurance.Their not suppose to ask this!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
