The doctors are great! I’ve been going here for years but sadly I wasn’t treated right today for my appointment at 3:30 I felt like I was discriminated the WfA that had a Nike headband logo with her blonde pony tail was completely rude! She didn’t greetings me while signing in or check my temperature she was definitely not doing her job right I waited for 40 mins sitting down she didn’t even look at the clipboard until two orher people showed up had theirs appointment at 3:30 they both was WMA she greetings them checked their temperature and let them in through the office door I asked her why didn’t she check my temperature and she rolled her eyes at me and comes at me to check it that’s when I told her to cancel my appointment I’m no longer coming back the staffing is not the same it’s new staffing need more work to be retrain

Best practice I've ever experienced! I love Dr. Komin but if he's not available when you need in quickly, there are several more practitioners available. He's now providing therapists and chiropractors in office as well. PLUS, you don't even have to leave the office for blood withdrawal/labs. That service is a major convenience! I don't live in Shafter (I'm in Bakersfield) but I won't settle for less than the experienced staff and high quality service I receive. Dr. Komin has grown his medical practice into a highly successful medical facility and it's obvious why. I'm so thankful I found him!

Dr Komins office has the most through and kindest medical providers and office staff.. I am very thankful for their service.

It sucked! Went to get Covid-19 test. They make you stand outside where there's no shade no seats. I'm 72 years old. Have asthma and neurophy in my feet and a bad back. He use to be my doctor so he should know this. I tell them its really hot out here. About to just leave and forget it they take me in. Komin sits me down ,runs a q-tip up my nose. When I can talk, I tell him he needs to put up some shade for people waiting outside. He says the GOVERMENT dont pay for that. I tell him they don't cost that much!!! I ask how long to get results, He walks off. Rude an unconcerned . It must of been 90 degrees Standing out there. Was never told I had to download this app to get my results, until I ask when the results might be ready. They wouldn't even let me go pee! The only reason I went to Komin in the first place was I couldnt find another place to test. He was my doctor years ago and I had nothing but trouble.. the staff is rude.

This doctor has people coming to Shafter from all over the State because they know he has developed a reputation for writing doctors notes to take kids with special needs out of school.
