List of Eisner Health - Sherman Oaks's Reviews
Have been trying to make an appointment as a new patient for the last two weeks. Forty-five minute wait time. BIG RED FLAG Gonna be nothing but problems. Will seek treatment elsewhere.
Just in response to Eisner that I have been a patient of Eisner for 2 years and have NEVER had them check my blood alcohol levels or perform a drug test on me. A doctor should not be ordering a drug test or alcohol levels as part of routine screening especially if said patient is on literally no medications. I take no prescription drugs or otherwise. Also important that a doctor should inform a client and get consent for a drug test not just tell them they're checking thyroid function and then when they get to the lab they find out it's drug screening too. Absolutely disgusted by my treatment here! I will start out by saying I have never had any problems with the front desk. They have always been accommodating and I've never had a problem with making any appointments. That being said my last visit here I came in CRYING asking to possibly be referred to a mental health professional so that I'd have someone to SPEAK to and get help because I'm dealing with the loss of a family member. I never asked for any medications and even told my dr that because of my anxiety I cut out caffeine and hardly ever drink alcohol. I told her I don't even smoke weed or cigarettes! I have no history of drug abuse and have never been prescribed any narcotics to even abuse. I just simply broke down crying as I am going through a hard time and wanted someone to talk to. The dr told me she was going to order some blood work to check for underlying medical issues such as thyroid or endocrine disorders that may be a root cause of anxiety or depression. Upon looking at what blood work she ordered, a urine toxicology report and a blood drug test are on there, without informing me she was going to do so! I am going to take this test to prove to them I am not a drug addict or alcoholic and they can have that on file but I will no longer be trusting this office to handle my mental or physical health. What a joke the only help I got was having to acknowledge to the dr I wouldn't hurt myself or anyone else and then sent on my way to prove I'm not a druggie. No real help provided! Flawed medical system. If you break down you must be on drugs or drunk, couldn't possibly just be sad. Don't come here if you need any mental health services.
I have been calling all day in attempt to schedule my first appointment with a new doctor. I called both phone lines and waited for hours. I left a call back number and never heard back. I am not sure what to do, but this is not a good doctors office.
I have been going here for years and the back office staff is wonderful. They are all very nice and have a great attitude toward patients. The front office receptionists however are very rude and have too much attitude especially over the phone. I have never had a good encounter with any of them over the phone and it sounds like they’re always annoyed at any questions being asked. Overall good care but horrible professionalism from this office staff.
I would never choose this place if my insurance didn't make me go there. They are very inefficient and difficult to work with. Doctors are good but, like others have said, the front desk staff are difficult. The phone system has been down multiple times when I've tried to call or the wait is endless. I'm still waiting on a followup regarding 2 additional appointments and it's been almost 1month since the doctor said they would call. Go somewhere else if you have the choice.
You need to speak to your primary care doctor ? Over at Eisner health you won't be able to speak to your doctor for about 2 months because they're so "busy" !! This is the worst place EVER, booking appointments are terrible , I haven't spoken to my doctor Lauren Goli in literally 4 months. I called so I can ask my doctor a question and the receptionist said I need to make an appointment for that and they're not available till a few weeks ... HUHH??? I NEED TO ASK A QUESTION WHY DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT? Please somebody recommend me a better primary doctor !!! They're the worst
I called yesterday and no one answered. I called again today, someone picked up the phone and hung up.I called back and no one answered. I have been trying to schedule and appointment for my daughter since last week. Terrible!
It is incredibly hard to schedule an appointment here, 9/10 times you can not get ahold of the front desk and when you do they are incredibly rude. I understand living in Los Angeles (a busy city) one is expected to expect a lack of customer service, but this experience was exceptional. I felt abandoned and completely un cared for. Dr. Goli is incredible it's just the administrative staff that actually made me depressed and scared to even go in the building.
The only good thing is the doctors, but to get to them is the most stressful and disappointing thing. To get them to even pick up the phone is a hassle. Once they pick up they ALWAYS leave you on hold, to the point where someone else picks up and you have to explain again to different people what you need. The receptionist are so rude, you can tell they either hate their job or hate the people, either or feels like they're in the wrong work field.I'm a pregnant woman and to have a doctor is an important part of the process, so you'd think they'll assign you to a person you can contact, and get comfortable with, instead, they schedule each of my appointments with different doctors so every time I go there I need to go over my file so the doctor can understand my background, really frustrating. Again, the doctors I've seen are really good, always caring and take the time to answer all your questions. The rest is just terrible.
Hi, can anyone please tell me how to reach the office/doctors/staff?!! I've been calling since beginning of this week, no one is answering!! What kind of clinic is this???,

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
