VERY friendly! And super helpful. My daughter forgot her insurance card and it was so nice to hear "no problem!" She was seen quickly and the whole staff was so nice!

Terrible service!! NON HIPA compliant video screens at the front desk with remote people asking all your personal questions out in public. Website says they accept my insurance and there's no waiting and when I go inside I'm told they probably don't accept my insurance and I'm waiting for an hour! Christopher at the desk was cold and uncaring, spending more time in an office looking at Halloween decorations than talking to the patients. Another woman walked out while I was waiting. Do yourself a favor and go to an urgent care where they ACTUALLY CARE !!

The staff was great, the facilities were clean, and the doctor was good. So why am I giving it a 1 star? Because when I went on 10/20/2023 I had to wait 4 hours, from 10:00 AM to 2:05 PM, before the doctor could see me. Their were only 8 people ahead of me but due to the fact that they only had one doctor on site that whole day it took four hours for them to see me. In addition the help kiosk where someone live remotes in was a little jarring and having staff on site would be more appreciated.
