great experience
Great people and even better product! We spent time researching the different firms and kept on hearing about Tina and Samson Hair. My mother (75) went there and within a few months saw substantial results!!! She is so much happier. You can’t put a price tag on happiness and joy. Thank you so much, Tina and team!! If you are thinking of getting a hair transplant—these are the right people to do it!!!
My husband had his transplant here 6 months ago and we are amazed at the results so far. The staff is very experienced and did a great job. No it’s not the cheapest or the most expensive but the results are great.Their hairline drawing was amazing. That’s why we came here because we were referred by a very good friend. My husband really didn’t want a straight line on his head or a perfect semi circle. He even went in for free laser treatment after for six weeks. He was very hesitant about it looking fake. He’s not a vain guy at all but this is something that bothered him for years. Since he had some time at home because of Covid he just say it take advantage of the opportunity since he was working from home to get this done. It did take a little coercing from me though. If anyone is thinking about doing this I would suggest at least go have a consultation. It is so worth it.You can really tell they care about the results. I read some of the other reviews here I don’t know what they’re talking about. Completely different experience for us. I would recommend anyone to go here and just take a minute and see how much they really care. At any moment my husband can text them and get an answer. He is not just lost in the crowd.Ask for Tina! I don’t know if I can say this but she told us that if at any point he doesn’t feel like some graphs grew that she will have it fixed for free. So far so good tho.Message me if you want my husband‘s before and after ‘s. He just doesn’t want me to put it all over the Internet. I would be happy to share
They will lie to you just to get your money because the guy selling you the procedure is a salesman and not a doctor. They don't have experienced doctors and left a permanent tattoo on my face because they used a permanent marker to outline the procedure. They would not answer any of my messages after the procedure went bad and the fue transplant turned out horrible. Avoid them, they are shady. Make sure you visit a few doctors before deciding on a procedure.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL!!!!!!!!3 years ago, I had a hair transplant Dr. Fardad Forouzanpour. They did terrible job. I lose hair. 90% of the hair they transplanted has lost. I paid $7750. After I called and send email. They didn’t do anything 😡 I’m seriousDon’t trust them. I put 2 pictures. This will be a long one, so we'll start with the short reviewDo they appear to be nice people on the surface? - yesAre they flakey and kind of weird? - definitely Do they do good work? - Not at all! They left a bald spot on the back of my head from over harvesting. Now I have to wear my hair longer than I like just to cover it up. As for the full review. First and foremost, I am not a competitor. That seems to be their go to for bad feedback. You can check my other reviews, which are all positive. So I went to Samson a few years back and talked with Bill. He was extremely nice and knowledgeable, so much so that he actually led me to believe HE was the surgeon. He kept talking about what HE would do and his experience. Nonetheless, I made an appointment and got 1500 graphs. It went fine. It was quick, painless, and fairly pleasant(though the provided lunch was barely edible). The problems began about 4 months later. I noticed a rather large bald spot on the back of my head. I contacted Bill and he assured me it was just shock loss. They would "never" over harvest. A full year passed. The bald spot had been covered by my now longer hair, so I didn't know if that was an issue still or not, BUT I was seeing zero results. So I started the lengthy process of trying to get a follow-up. I e-mailed the office 4 times with ZERO response. I then contacted Jennifer from the Affordable Hair Transplants side of things. After two e-mails and two weeks, she was finally able to get me an appointment with them.I show up for my follow up and Bill looks at me like I'm a crazy person. He had no idea I had an appointment. And now we come to the point where you will rightfully call me a sucker. Cause I was. I talked about my concerns and Bill tells me this whole song and dance about how I had lost a lot more hair over the year, and everything I was seeing was the transplanted hair. That the surgery was a big success. I won't lie. Bill is charming and likable. So I believed him. I even agreed for another transplant. Like I said. Sucker. Now it gets really bad. The day before the procedure I cut my hair short and guess what? Bald spot still there! I bring this up to them and they said nothing. Just silence. But I had already paid a deposit. And I was there. So I made darn sure they didn't take too much from any one area and to stay away from that bald spot. After the harvesting was finished, the harvester(tech, not sure of her title) said "Good news, we took a little over a thousand". I said sure, thanks. Come to find out later, they charged for each and every extra graph they took without asking. The bill was a higher than agreed on. Fought them on that one though and managed to get the charge taken off. Still shady though. Cause many people would just let that slide. The procedure went ok, but in the end they actually taped the bandage, (with thick medical grade tape, mind you) directly to my head! And that included the open wounds of the harvested area. When it was time to take it off, I couldn't get the darn thing off. I had to soak it in the shower for a long time and even still it pulled the harvested area, causing it to start bleeding. And I should also point out that their post care instruction pages read like someone with very little grasp of the English language wrote them. They are full of contradictions. I had to call several times just to find out what to actually do. So now we are close to a year later after the second transplant. I see a tiny amount of progress, but definitely not the 1000 that was paid for. And the bald spot is still there. This is L.A. Pay a few bucks more and get good quality work done.
Friendly staff and great experience in filling in my eyebrows. Thank you
I had hair loss in the front of my hand in the size of a quarter. I tried several things including the injections and medicine and nothing worked. I did hair implant with Samson. It has been six months since the implant and I see more than 50% of the results. I am happy with the results I have and hope to see Another fifty percent in the Next few month.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
