Dr. Jacobs and his entire team are amazing. I will not leave him. Have been his patient for ever! Best Doc

I have been a patient of Dr. Jacobs for nearly 5 years and I am now seeking out a new doctor. I recently had Covid and called his office to let him know, left a message with his office staff and I never heard back from him. He is preoccupied with doing clinical trials for his company, Unison. When I have appointments with him, I never actually see him, I see his nurse practitioner. The hours that he actually sees patients is very limited. He is supposed to be holistic in his approach, but does not seem to be very knowledgable. I hate to write a review like this because he is a very nice man, but he has fallen very short of what I would expect of a doctor who describes himself as a practitioner of "integrative medicine."

THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST DOCTOR. DO NOT GO TO HER. She works at Kasier right now. She refuses to order labs that you need. She does not listen or help her clients. She refused to help me. She is extremely rude and unhelpful. She is no help. She shouldn't be a medical doctor. Don't go to her if you need medical help. She doesn't even know certain medical conditions. I had to tell her about what medical condition I had and she still didn't understand. Imcompetent.

I know Dr. Jacobs for over 10 years. Main reason why I never considered even once another doctor is : 1. The amount of time and attention I received. 2. Dr. Jacobs competent and caring, giving me 45 minutes of undivided attention if I need even longer. Lets be hones most doctors will give you 10-15 if you are lucky. 3. Dr. Jacobs is very accommodating and very flexible (due to my crazy work schedule I never able to schedule appt. ahead of the time). 4. Dr. Jacobs is dedicated to his patients, devoted to being an excellent physician, and one of the hardest working physicians I know. He is extremely knowledgeable and he truly cares.

Dr. Jacobs treated both of my parents with very limited English language skills. He was kind, patient, sensitive, and took time to diagnose my parents' medical issues correctly and prescribed the right medication to help them through their recovery. Dr. Jacobs is an exemplary, rare, compassionate doctor that every doctor in the world should thrive to be.

Dr. Jacobs is an amazing doctor and I love him. It is very hard to find a doctor who puts his client first but Dr. Jacobs is epitomizes this character trait. He always explains everything in detail, he is always available to answer questions and makes you feel very comfortable every time you come into his office. I have had bad experiences with Doctors but I thank God I found Dr. Jacobs.

Dr Jacobs and his staff are very pleasant and efficient. I have been to a few other internist offices and Dr Jacobs had the most knowledge of my issue and its prognosis. With his help along with his wonderful staff, I have never felt better and I am very happy to be a part of their family.
