Maryam is amazing. I had back pain that would not stop. It was bothering me 24 hours a day. It was not severe pain, but it was constant, the type that wears you down. I went to the orthopedist and he put me on meds that masked the pain and had unwanted side effects. I decided to give electro-acupuncture a try, as it had worked for my tennis elbow a decade earlier when nothing else had worked. My old doctor had passed, so I tried Ultimate Care Acupuncture since they were close by. Maryam's treatments got me back in the pink in a few weeks. She is the best! She has extensive training in pain management and has worked in hospitals where she saw dozens of patients each day. She is an expert in several modalities. She is an invaluable resource for the health of my family (my son has had amazing results from regular treatments for his chronic bad back). We love her!

Dr. Maryam is a fantastic acupuncturist. I was dealing with horrible sciatic pain and inflammation, but through Dr. Maryam's treatment and her at home recommendations, I feel so much better. I'd never tried acupuncture before and was initially very intimidated by the process. Dr. Maryam has been a calming and supportive presence through the whole process. So grateful to have found her!

Maryam is a true healer. I had been getting acupuncture weekly for a year with no noticeable effects. Once I started seeing Maryam, I could immediately feel the difference. Both on the table and afterwards. She is so kind, caring, patient, and generous. I really feel her care and appreciate that she takes the time to really personalize my treatment. I love the way Dr. Maryam make me feel better after every treatment with her kind care and her excellent technique. The needles are not painful and she is very skillful. My low back pain and legs pain are completely gone after couple sessions. I’m just going to continue the treatment as it helps me with my stress and sleep problem as well. Dr. Safiya has truly been amazing for me. After any different tries from various practitioners, for my back pain. Dr. safiya did a great job treating my chronic pain and sleep issues in a few sessions. She treat everything from the root and her staffs are also very kind and helpful. I am still going here regularly to prevent any future pain as well.

Dr. Maryam is a wonderful acupuncturist. She takes time with you and assigns the best treatment plan. She is highly qualified and confident in her knowledge. Really and truly, one of my favorites. I had excellent results after my first visit for smoke cessation and my sleep problem. I highly recommend her to anyone!!

I was visiting LA and I heard from Ultimate Care Acupuncture from a friend. Without any past experience and being a little doubtful about the effects of acupuncture I decided to give it a shot. I think I am going to do it again here. The Doctor did a very good job.
