Stacy Lyons is awesome. Wish I could give her 10 stars! Stacy has helped me tremendously, life can be so stressful. Having a caring, experienced professional to work through life’s ups & downs has been helpful beyond measure. Important to make time for self-care.

So far my experience with wellpsyche is minimal, but Dr. Alan and Rebecca helped me out immensely getting answers to what I came for. I could not be happier with my experience thus far and they are engaged and give a feeling of care

Grateful to have found help quickly when I needed it. Providers are okay, but they seem to be more focused on getting you to see them more than necessary to monitor progress & rack up bills. Scheduling and refills are a nightmare. At first glance, it seems like they have tech that allows you to manage that--but it doesn't work. They require two days notice to reschedule, but you can't do it reliably online, no one answers the phone, and email gets a response, but it is usually rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Found out my insurance provides Teledoc visits for free under my plan. No question it will be better than this.

Terrible. When you’re only basic job is to monitor and dole out medication they do a pretty poor job. CVS will contact the doctor/nurse practitioner for two weeks with no avail that a RX is running out. Zero response. By the time I realized it I am out I my meds. This has happened umpteen times. Ridiculous

I can't speak highly enough of my experience with WellPscyhe and specifically my psychiatric nurse practitioner Holly Bechard and her care coordinator Claudia Niebla.I came to WellPsyche/ Holly/ Claudia during an incredibly tough time in my life. Navigating mental health services especially in a pandemic can be incredibly daunting between dealing with insurance, finding the right provider, and even getting an appointment (everywhere is back up. BUT my experience at Well Psyche has been such a relief.Holly is an incredibly understanding, nurturing, knowledgeable, and holistic care provider. From my first session and every session since then, Holly has carefully listened to my needs, offered care advice relevant to me, and gone above and beyond to support my path to healing. I have had experiences and consultations with psychiatrist providers who have been cold or take a formulaic approach without considering personal factors. But Holly has been the complete opposite. She is so holistic in her care and backs everything up with her extensive knowledge. Without me even asking, she has even taking into account my difficult financial situation and offered adjustments to make sure I am still able to get quality care through her. For someone dealing with a mental health crisis - Holly's warmth has been one of the very few bright spots.Along with Holly, her coordinator, Claudia has been incredibly. From day one of booking my appointment - she has been so on top of everything. Claudia is incredibly swift, careful, and communicative with me. She and Holly have such extensive experience and it really shows! From my first phone call with me, I felt so assured that I was going to be taken care of well. I don't know what it is, but you can really trust Claudia with anything! Any email or paperwork requested gets fulfilled by her in no time! Between her and Holly, I have a team who really help me get things done and work on my healing.Holly and Claudia have quite literally been a life saver to me during an incredible vulnerable time in my life. During the pandemic, it's been so hard to find quality and affordable care with availability but I am so grateful I found them! Definitely reach out to book them for a consultation!

This place has treated me and my family poorly. They sent emails that said we owed money (even tho I haven’t been with them in years). I asked several times for the itemized statement and they never sent it over! I called them constantly asking why they’re charging me hundreds of dollars. Finally came down to me saying I’m going to take them to court and then ALL OF A SUDDEN they call me saying they made a mistake and the charge is gone. Worst management!!

This revi ew and rating are solely for the care provided by Alexandra Anger NP and NOT WellPsyche Medical Group as a whole. I never usually post reviews online, but I just feel it is so important to share my family's experience because Alexandra, quite honestly, saved my child's life. Alexandra is truly an amazing provider, not only because her expertise working with children (it's obvious from the second you start talking to her that she really knows what she is talking about and is just so so knowledgeable) but also due to her ability to just be so genuinely kind and compassionate!  She really knows how to connect with families.Both of my children see her for their care now but saw several other WellPsyche providers before getting lucky enough to stumble across Alexandra. Our usual psychiatrist was on vacation so we only met her for what was supposed to be a one-time appointment but ended up asking to switch to her after that. Before finding her, my son had seen MANY other psychiatrists and therapists over the years and, like many other parents, we were starting to lose hope that there would be someone who could really help us. From the second we started talking to Alexandra, it was obvious to me that she was different. Not only is she able to connect with my kids in a way that no one else has but she's also someone my husband and I completely trust and feel confident with. I cannot put into words just how fortunate we feel to have found her. She is the reason my family has been able to reach a point of true healing and we will forever be grateful for the impact she's had on our lives!
