this office referred me to the lakewood location because they didnt have an x ray tech at the moment. the lakewood location is a sad joke. these women just sit around taking turns going on break, gossiping, and claim the high wait times is due to them being behind on x-rays. meanwhile they struggle to figure out how to work the scanner in front of them. after waiting an hour and a half, a nurse saw us and was shocked we were still waiting and told us to double check with the front. of course they immediately checked us in and processed her paperwork. still waiting , going on 2 hours now.

My wife (age 79) had an appt for an ultrasound.  Due to her mobility issues (wheel chair, etc) previous experience at "imaging places" has not been good, so I checked ahead of time.  Since we live within 1/2 mi of the business, I went to the front office.  Courteous & informative service at the desk.  So far, so good.  I later tried calling to ask about how long the procedure takes.  Got the answering machine every time but no return calls.  Their bad; my learning point--and hence the 4 star rating instead of 5!  I visited the place and asked my question. When we arrived for the appt, we had the paperwork filled out; the desk attendant processed it, and within about 5 minutes, my wife's on her way to a waiting room where we were soon met by Veronica, the Ultrasound technician.  She was very helpful, most courteous, knowledgeable, and helped with the process of getting my wheelchair-bound wife onto the table and ready for the procedure which took a little over an hour start to finish, and we were on our way!  Without a doubt, Veronica (*****!) made the appointment and procedure a doable event for this older woman with mobility limitations.  The only advisio that I have for the WAVE Imaging operation is that their telephone response is  non-existent.  They know that it's a problem; I can only imagine that they're working on it...but who knows?!  Fortunately we live only .5 mi from the business, so it is no problem to  drive over and ask the questions.  Did I say that Veronica was great?

This place is a joke. I had an appointment at 2:15 and called to make sure i had everything needed for the appointment. The front desk receptionist Krystal did not answer the phone until the 5th call. I also had my insurance rep call to verify information and she did not answer until i called from my number and had us all on a 3 way call.  ( ghetto asf)Fast forward to my appointment. I get there and i am told i can't be seen since i have my 7 month old with me. This was not told to me prior to my appointment. Veronica proceeds to tell me that i can reschedule or have someone come to watch the baby. Krystal tells me i can take my son home and come back so i do that.  I get back and she has me waiting to be seen for about 10 minutes then tells me i have to reschedule after charging me $90. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Then they don't even give me my money back because i have to wait 2-3 business days. I wanted to go off on her ass but i kept my composure. If my money isn't returned by the " rescheduled" appointment, we are going to have a problem. And i also will be calling to put in a formal complaint with the manager Ashley first thing Monday morning.

Came here for the first time for an MRI. I was on time for my appt and they took me in right away. The tech was super nice and friendly. It was prob one of the best experiences I have had in a medical facility. Definitely will come back here again if I need to.

People that work here are so nice! From the front desk to the person who did the procedure. My appointment was at 8 am and was done by 8:20. Not bad ha!? There's a lot of parking at this location.

I've been here often for different tests ordered by my doctor. But I got an MRI for the first time. My appointment was at 4:05 and was told to arrive 20 minutes early since there was no contrast involved. It was 4:15 and I went to check to see the status and was told my appt was at 4:20. WRONG! I know for a fact it was 4:05. I put it in my notes and reminder the minute I made the appt. Anyhow, long story short, they started my MRI at 4:30. Everything was good except the fact of being told my appt was later and was taken in later as well. Usually they are good with being on time in taking you in. Maybe it was an off day for them. I saw one other person walking out before me. So once again, maybe they even overbooked.

Cancelled my appointment without a text, phone call, or email. Came all the way here for them to not have anything set up for me so I just had to go home.

This business is absolutely the worst and most unprofessional place I have ever been to. I confirmed THREE TIMES through text messaging, calling, and email and they confirmed with each time everything was good to go until last night when they called my MOTHER NOT ME late last night to cancel! Not to mention whenever I tried to make the appointment they said that their systems were down and couldn't schedule me and told me to try calling them again after the weekend. The system was also down again this morning when I tried to reschedule! All this place is doing is making me more stressed out and irritated and I am generally an all around a calm and patient person but when I confirmed THREE TIMES just to later be canceled is absolutely horrendous! I AM NOT HAPPY.

First experience at the location in Signal Hill! Super clean, fast and the tech was amazing and gentle for an 3D mam! Would recommend and will continue to use this site

literally the worst business i have ever dealt with in my entire life.  this place should be shut down.  possible cancer patient, showing symptoms, scheduled for a ct scan and have canceleed 3 appointments now.  this is unnaceptable.  one of the reasons was that the tech did not show up.  whattt???? how unprofessional and i hope this place shuts down.
