Dr. Arora is simply the best pulmonologist in Southern California. Brilliant!

If I could give 10+ stars I would. Dr. Arora and his staff are truly a rarity in today's medical industry. You can communicate with this office better than any other doctor's office I have ever dealt with over my past 50+ adult years. This is the only doctor's office I deal with who actually answers the phone when you call, rather than just being able to leave a voice message. When they call you back, and if you are not available, they extend the same courtesy and respect as to leave you a message including an answer to your question or request, rather than simply asking you to call them back. Most offices tell you they can't leave personal messages due to HIPPA rules, but Dr. Arora's office will communicate like any other business, which is exceptional to their industry. The office is filled with caring people who express that same spirit as Dr. Arora himself conveys. Most recently I experienced an emergency, and when I explained my urgency to one of his M.A.'s, she said she would contact him and to wait for his call, as he was in the ICU at that time. He called me back with 5 minutes, and after sharing with him he told me exactly what to do, and I was feeling better after taking the proper medication at that time. Dr Arora is not just a Pulmonologist, but also an Internist, as well as being the Chief doctor in charge of the ICU at our local hospital. I would not be surprised if he typically works about 120+ hours every week, and I believe he has not taken a vacation for over 6 years, while providing the most thorough follow-through of most doctors. Dr. Arora is the most intelligent, proficient diagnostician and doctor I have ever met. AND he has a sense of HUMOR! He is responsible for saving my life and providing me a 2nd chance to make myself the best man I can be. I am soo grateful for him, and anyone else who he calls on of his patients is very blessed as I am. Thank you and God bless you Dr. Arora!!!

Kind, extremely knowledgeable and saved my kid’s lungs. She was laying in a hospital bed for weeks until Dr. Arora came on the case. Beyond thankful to him! Top pulmonologist beyond a shadow of doubt.

Dr. Arora is kind, attentive and very patient. My daughter was seriously ill with a lung condition for almost a month. Once Dr. Arora came on the case, he prescribed her the correct medication and took utmost care in making sure her biopsy samples were sent to the right place to obtain a meaningful diagnosis. I cannot thank him enough. My daughter got to spend Christmas at home instead of at the hospital because of Dr. Arora.

Love this office and staff. I usually see Kelly the PA, she is excellent and very thorough and patient. Suzie was extremely helpful and took care of my paperwork needs speedy quick. They are very cautious because of COVID, and they will take yourTemperature and go the distance for your protection.

Highly highly recommend. Mention his name to anyone and they will say he is brilliant. Been seeing him forever. Literally trust him with my life. He has got me through some serious health problems over the years. He works a million hours. Would see me in the hospital late at night

Excellent doctor! I have nothing but good to say about Dr. Arora. I developed a Pulmonary embolism following back surgery and he was the one who found out I had a genetic predisposition for blood clots. Very caring and office staff is professional and friendly.

This guy did NOTHING for me. I need an AUTO-PAP machine and after several months and several calls to his office, he writes me a letter telling me to find another doctor. Well, with the treatment (none) I got there, I didn't have to be told to find another doctor. He couldn't possibly care less if I was properly treated for sleep apnea or not. He never even treated me, I was put off onto his assistant. If he has good reviews with this kind of careless apathy, then I'd say they were from friends, family and coerced. I suggest you stay away from this guy and his office.

Dr. Arora is a great doctor and his office personnel are always helpful. Lucky to have him as my physician.

I'm not trusting the sources for all the good reviews for this office. I had nothing but negative experiences. I have been trying to get the correct (or any) CPAP machine for the better part of a year now. Arora never even introduced himself to me, I was just "assigned" to Kelly. After months of me calling to get an update on when and IF I'll ever get the proper CPAP machine, because if I didn't call them, they had no intention of resolving my problem, I get a letter from their office telling me to find another doctor. Well, I didn't have to be told that; why would I want to go back there after months of extreme frustration and STILL not having the machine I need? People can die or develop very severe problems from sleep apnea that is not treated properly, but NO ONE in this office seems to care. I was told to "be patient." Well, if I've been waiting for SEVERAL MONTHS and still nothing, how much more patient can I be? I say STAY AWAY from this office if you want GOOD care... or any care at all!
