This center is clean and organized, and easy to park nearby and to access. The nurses here are so friendly and communicative. They clearly care about the work they do here - and I can see that they do work hard. Especially grateful to SaraRose for her patience and dedication with arranging my schedule.

From the minute you walk in the door, the staff is very welcoming and warm, put my stress of seeing yet another doctor at ease. Dr. Eisenbud is fabulous. She is compassionate, listens to your concerns and for once I finally felt like someone was listening to me. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone. We need more Doctors like her in this world. Thank you Dr. Eisenbud and all the staff...you set the bar very high.

My experience with this facility has been extremely positive. I cannot say enough positive words about Dr. Shah. She is the most attentive doctor I have ever had. Dr. Shah is proactive about her patients care in all aspects and her bedside manner is impeccable! I highly recommend Dr. Shah and The City of Hope staff!

I am appalled at the unprofessional demeanor of this treatment center. I am referring to both offices, as I have been endlessly calling to get a clearance for a surgery and they have been brushing me off (for months!!!). Dr. Bahademi (I forget the spelling) not only has been IGNORING the situation, she also coerced me into an iron infusion that costed a big chunk of money. Quickly she suggested the iron infusion, not until after she said “you could try supplements but that won’t get your levels up for about 6 months”. As she insisted my iron levels were very low and this would be the best option for me. City of Hope does not care about the well being of their patients, all they want it your money.

Dr. Bahadini, the new physician at the City of Hope facility on Swallow Lane in Simi Valley is remarkable. She is intelligent, thoughtful, thorough and an excellent listener. She explains your situation in an understandable and compassionate way! She is one of the finest physicians I've ever met. Dr. Bahadini is the kind of well-educated, experienced physician that gives the City of Hope its excellent reputation. From my first call to City of Hope, to actually meeting the receptionist and the front office staff, to meeting the skilled nursing staff, I was truly impressed. The facility is new, bright and uplifting. The relationship between Dr. Bahadini and her staff is excellent and they all work very well together to the benefit of the patients. Kelly the RN who performs the patients’ infusions is amazing. She’s very professional. Kelly's years of nursing experience are evident. The woman hardly takes a breath. She goes from mixing infusions to helping patients all day long. Her energy level, and organized efficient manner makes all the patients feel comfortable. She does this all in a warm and caring way. Ruth helps work with the patients as well. She’s also great! She (and Kelly) are constantly checking on everyone to see if each individual is comfortable, needs a blanket, a cold cloth. Whatever is needed, Ruth offers to do what’s necessary to make you feel comfortable. My infusion lasts over four days…so I watch people come and go. Ruth and Kelly work as a team to help the patients and make them comfortable. I can’t imagine receiving finer care. I strongly recommend the City of Hope, Simi Valley facility…the office of Dr. Bahadini.
