John David Swift is the worst primary care doctor that I’ve ever been assigned to. I was diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea while serving on active duty and Dr. Swift refuses to provide me with a referral to obtain a CPAP machine. I have submitted my complaint to the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Washington Medical Commission for immediate action. I advise other patients and veterans to seek care outside of the PCHS network of doctors.

First of all.....without asking or reading my family history he told me to drink 2 glasses of red wine every night.....my father left when I was 6 mo ths old due to alcoholism....I was real close to swinging on this clown. I went in for checkup from an eeg, this guy was lost from the jump. I gave him a brief history, when I was able to get a word in. I told him I had a tooth pulled and one on the other side broke due to extra use...nerve is exposed not goin to e.r. he never addressed my initial concerns. He repeated himself several times and made it very clear hes a vegan and that I should eat more veggies and less chicken and I will tremendous results. That was BEFORE he asked what my diet consisted of. He would make a great hippie/naturopathy I'm sure, however, I have 12 yrs of ailments and issues tht are easy to see in my chart....

Is it Dr. John Swift or Dr. David Swift? The internet can have glitches, but we can't find you in The Washington State Department of Health website. Probably a glitch. Has this doctor used any other names?

Dr. Swift has been my MD for 7 years, he has always treated me with respect. He always asks about my family and has all my medical history in hand with his IPad. His primary concern is keeping me healthy. He will always be MY Doctor. David M. Haynes

He was on-call for my physician but treated me very well. He was very compassionate

This doctor is fake

Dr Swift doesn't overbook like some physicians, resulting in long waits. You will normally get in quickly. He takes the time to explain good health habits such as what to eat. His goal is to improve your long term health. Been seeing him for years and will continue to do so. The front desk nurses are also very competent and pleasant.

My visit today was a very positive & upbeat. My numbers were outstanding, along with my blood pressure, which was good.... my doctor made me feel so good, as he always does. I always feel comfortable talking to Dr. Swift. He listens..I couldn't ask for a better doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Swift's for over 7 years. All this time Dr. Swift has been has been courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. His staff is also very professional and has always been very courteous and prompt in responding to my inquiries. I am 75 years old and I feel I have always gotten excellent care from Dr. Swift. If you need a primary care doctor I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Swift.
