He is just the best Dr. he actually listens to you and your needs. Very thorough with X-rays. He’s actually a human Dr. versus a “robot dr get as many patients in a day $$$$” . I’d refer Dr O’Hollaren to anybody who is needing ortho care.

I have been a patient Dr. O'Hollaren for many years. He has always been professional, competent and listens to what I have to say. Doctor "O" is at the top of his game!

The staff did not follow through on the medication needed, submitted incomplete and incorrect information to the insurance company. The office staff were directly responsible for three insurance denials of the needed medication due to their incompetence. There is no one held responsible or conducting quality oversight in this office. This nightmare has now gone on for over three months and I have not gotten the treatments I need.

1) Doctor won't trust patient to manage meds, wants me to go to pharmacy each time (not for painkillers!). 2) When I asked if a supplement I was taking would complicate a procedure, he said "no". When I asked him if he was familiar with that supplement, he admitted he wasn't; that supplement would actually have caused a complication. 3) When request for procedure was send to insurance, they said he hadn't provided info on non-surgical alternatives which I had tried. 4) Insurance physician also replied that proposed procedure was inapropriate for my condition. 5) When I had a recurrence I was told that I should badger the insurer, when their questions were medical in nature.

I was injured when I car hit me and broke my leg. He was excellent through the surgery and visited me every morning in the hospital after the surgery. The after care was excellent. I highly recommend him. If you go to him you will not be sorry.
