Took 1month to get appointment no call back on labs need referrals to cardiologist and oncologist have heard nothing

It takes months to get an appointment, and when your sick,and the doctor needs to see your symptoms, this office tells me to go somewhere else. I have been complaining of the same symptoms for over a year. Dr Flom repeatdly told me "there is nothing there, so there can't be anything wrong". Even had a colonoscopy a year ago. Every appoinment she says "we need to get those results". Never happened. I wound up in the hospital with VERY infected diverticulitis. I feel going to Dr Flom is like getting no medical treatment at all. I'm done.
