I had an IPL done here two days ago. I am an experienced cosmetic dermatologist and have performed many and had many IPLs in my career. The IPL I was given was completely ineffective. I was told they had a Xeo laser but not at the Solana location. The substitute machine they used did NOTHING. I spoke to them today to request another treatment with the Xeo and was told they would not provide another one for free. "Contact Groupon" I was told. Like Groupon will refund my money? Not likely. Please do not waste your time or money with this bogus medals.

Just had my 3rd Morpheus laser done here at this wonderful med spa..I had it done with (Sarah P) Ty you Sarah P for ur amazing skills ur so professional and so caring so sweet as all the girls that work here are(the whole staff is wonderful) and I'm speaking about the girls at the front desk to as all of them are so pleasant and so professional especially T This Morpheus laser is incredible and u see such amazing results ...it really does wonders for ur skin! I highly recommend this laser and this med spa # 1 around!

I’ve been going to Sara Smith at Beauty and Body Med lounge for a few years now, she is beyond amazing! Extremely knowledgeable, always talks through before doing anything. Trusting your injector is vital, and she is the best!

I had my second Botox appointment with Chi (owner?) and she is fantastic. My forehead is the issue, but she injected a tiny bit at the outside corner of my eyes and my crows feet are GONE. HIGHLY recommend an initial consultation with Chi. There are so many options and she knows them all.

Absolute worst experience of my life. Caroline (or Carolyn I don’t remember) had no idea what she was doing. She injected on the outskirts of my lip instead of the actual lip?? Any real professional would agree how terrible this is. She created the worst shadow mustache effect. I used a Groupon but I deeply regret doing so. As soon as I entered the office I felt uncomfortable. She started by saying she wasn’t a “good fit” because she’s only comfortable injecting lips that have never been filled before? I was so nervous because of her terrible communication and clear lack of experience I started crying. She calmed me down enough to proceed with the treatment. During the entire treatment she made me POINT to where I wanted her to inject?!!! Acting like she had no idea what she was doing and needed me to guide her. I’m absolutely appalled and I plan on taking legal action for the deep distress this has caused me unless the business refunds my Groupon. Terrible, terrible experience by a cheap business.

Best experience!! Went in for lip filler and my injector Karolyn was amazing . Very gentle injector barley felt anything and I absolutely love my lips ! 👄

Very happy with the service provided. The front desk young lady was a pleasure and very friendly, as was the Nurse Practitioner who went over my medical form. Natasha injected filler into my lips (and a bit in the smile lines) and did a great job, highly recommend. Thank you
