I was very disappointed in Dr Remy...she is practicing in cosmetic/spa area now...not pediatrics...she isn't very honorable...I purchased a 3 treatment package for Micro Needling and received two...I requested a refund for the third procedure after not seeing any benefit from the first two and even with the numbing cream very painful...she kept me waiting to start the second visit by almost 2 hours...the nurse, Mandy, kept saying she would be in soon and had to keep reapplying the numbing cream...which had to be used because the treatment is painful...after weeks and no improvement from the two treatments, I called and requested the refund of $500 (plus $300 per Dr Remy because of the long delay for the second treatment)...I was told Lori Jenkins, Receptionist, would talk with the Dr and get back to me...I sent emails, then I sent a two page letter explaining in detail the reason for my request for a refund...I haven't heard anything from Dr Remy or Lori Jenkins and it's been months...I suppose now my only option is Small Claims Court...it's disgraceful the way I have been treated...fair warning: don't pay all of the monies for treatment at once...if you insist on using Vitality Medical Spa, PAY AS YOU GO!!!!!
