Dr. Venkat is thorough and extremely knowledgeable. He did a great job answering any questions that I had.
Visited Dr. Venkat at the Salona Beach location within the past two months and each time, my wait has been under 3 minutes. In short...the staff is super efficient. I called to schedule an appointment on Monday and Debbie, at reception, notified me of a cancelation for Wednesday and I took it. I arrived at 9:29 AM for my 9:30 and was seen at 9:30 sharp. The entire visit for a biopsy lasted less than 10 minutes, but only because of their efficiency. I highly recommend Dr. Venkat and his staff and will be back! Much appreciated...
The amazing front office staff got me in earlier than a month from now which I love, but after waiting for over an hour for the doctor (I was on time, she wasn't) I was disappointed to learn that she didn't seem to know much about my condition of folliculitis. She told me that oral antifungals like fluconazole should not be prescribed for fungal folliculitis at all. She said doing a swab or biopsy would not help determine if my folliculitis was fungal or bacterial or autoimmune. I had done extensive research on the condition and treatments in the last two months of suffering with it, and unfortunately, the doctor is misinformed so now I need to find someone who actually understands how to treat folliculitis, a common fungal or bacterial skin condition that can be very itchy. It's commonly treated with oral antifungals when it is believed to be caused by yeast regardless of what this doctor believes. sciencedirect.com/topics…
Professional, punctual & caring doctor with friendly, confident staff…highly recommend!
Great service.
They leave you on the phone forever..... I have been referred to this office, But I cannot get anybody on the phone, I cannot make an appointment because nobody answers the phone, This is really bad business I would not recommend this place..... These type of places don't really care about the patient They just care about high volume, But they are not able to handle it because they don't have competent people on the phone system.... Therefore you know what you're going to get when you go to this type of office;... "That is wham Bam" "We don't care type of care"
I've been coming here for years because of my insurance. The office has deteriorated and it used to be very nice. It takes a month to see a doctor and the doctors kerp changing. The office staff is ok, but you feel like a number to them.
Dr Venkat is outstanding! He spent a considerable amount of time presenting various options to me. He is clear, communicative and all round just a great guy.
Very quick and great to work with
Dr. Gilboa is awesome.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
