I've been a patient here for the past 4 years This place is always clean, Dr.Karen Lee is always so attentive to my needs and always goes above and beyond. Donna is always making sure I am okay when checking in and answers all of my questions, This is my safe place the ladies are so nice and I am thankful for Dr. Lee as she delivered my first baby and I plan on continuing to come her for all my pregnancies to come

Dr. Lee is a rockstar unfortunately her front desk staff is clueless and simply unprofessional.I was verbally misdiagnosed by her unknowlegable front desk and my time was wasted with anxiety stress and mental horror due to fact of this negative error.Some days the staff will answer the phone and other days they will not. If they are not their answering service states that they are on "the exchange" Too many professional offices that are renovated and up to date instead of dealing with a dangerously reckless front desk staff.NEXT!!!!

Great doctors office. She delivered two of my babies. Sometime they do have a long wait time. It's better in the mornings.

I started seeing Dr.lee in late 2017 or early 2018. I had been pregnant for a couple of months already and was extremely unhappy with my incompetent health insurance/doctors prior to her. This is my 2nd child. My previous pregnancy/vaginal delivery 10 years prior was a horrible experience . I did not want to go through that again. I thoroughly searched for a better doctor of my choosing. I came across Dr.Lee. She checked all of my boxes. Affiliated with Scripps La Jolla (my hospital of choice), and great reviews...especially with those who’ve had to have a c-section. I had many issues(physically, emotionally, psychologically) during this pregnancy as well, I’m so happy I had a great doctor and staff to help me. Dr.Lee NEVER rushed me. Questions were answered, things were explained. Although the staff could be busy, they were always polite and accommodating. They returned calls and would check in with me. I wanted a somewhat elective c-section. I was at risk for pre-eclampsia again and had such an awful experience with my first birth that I did not want to take that chance again. A lot of doctors were unable to grant me this do to their Medical group affiliation. But Dr.Lee was independent and willing to do so after I explained my stance. She also informed me of all potential complications either way. I actually went into labor 1 day prior to my scheduled c-section but made it through to the scheduled time. No complications with my baby girl or the procedure. My incision healed well and is hardly noticeable. I expected a large, thick scar. But it’s just a thin, clean line. Dr. Lee’s surgical techniques are great. Scripps La Jolla is also great (encinitas was awful in that department). The only bummer is that she has a small insurance acceptance range. If it wasn’t for that, I would absolutely still be seeing Dr.Lee. I was prompted to finally write this review because I recently had to see a new OB/GYN for surgery to remove potentially serious tumors etc ...which I’m still waiting for ...They don’t answer or return calls. It’s once again another awful experience. It’s makes me grateful to have had the opportunity to have a caring and attentive Dr. and staff when it mattered most.

i loved dr.lee and her staff! they were so welcoming and non judgmental. the waiting was ok. it did take a while sometimes but other than that i highly recomoned her.

I've been a patient at this office for 25+ years and I love the care that I receive here. Dr. Lee is an excellent gynecologist. Her office staff including Priscilla, Soraya and Dawn are very competent and always extremely helpful and patient. I really appreciate all the good care they provide.

I now recall why I didn't return here for several years.(It's been about 3-4 years)Not only are they perpetually late (my appointment was at 4p I wasn't called in to the appointment room until 445p) and then had to wait again. To topIt off the receptionist was insensitive to prior health issues which was extremely upsetting.The nurse practitioner Jamie is wonderful which is why there is one star otherwise it would be zero stars if YELP allowed for it I can't believe I recently referred a friend here!!!!!

Dr. Lee and her staff have been amazing. The office is always clean and I always feel comfortable. I like that I can get most of my labs drawn in office. The ladies have always done a good job and never bruised me or caused pain during labs. Dr. Lee is thorough and all referrals have been very fast.

I like this office a lot. Dr. Lee's staff in particular have always been excellent. It's a small office so it's always the same folks. I feel very comfortable coming here. They are also great with scheduling, especially if you don't mind seeing the PA, who is great anyway. One time I needed to be seen on very short notice (same day), it was no problem. I highly recommend this practice.

I have gone here twice for an annual check up and both times have seen the PA Jamie and she is amazing! So friendly, knowledgeable, and makes you feel comfortable the entire time. She has always been accommodating to me wanting to switch up medications. I also inquired about the idea of getting general lab work done and though it was out of their realm she still followed up a couple days later with a letter she sent to my house with a list of labs that I could go to and what exactly to have done. I thought that was just above and beyond patient care! I would recommend her to anyone.
