Talk about a Dream Team! In the profession of dermatology, Dr. Palm and her team are IT! Clearly everything in her offices are reflections of her and the highest standards she established long ago and consistently chooses to maintain. Most notable about herself is her kindness and compassion, as exceptional as her drive to deliver the highest possible standard of patient care in every visit. For over a decade now, Dr. Palm and her team have never deviated from the standard she set, each one making my wife and I feel welcome and cared for in the highest possible manner. They’re focused at all times on the job at hand, never straying into loose coffee clatch chatter, which is often found in other practices. T’would be easy for critics to claim I’m over the top with praise but I exaggerate not ! Her clinic is a dream to walk into in every way. It’s sparkling clean and elegantly appointed. Personally, I’m ever so thankful she discovered a melanoma in stage #1, and surgically removed it, something I would never have found because of its location on my back. Had she not recognized it as a problem, it could have been fatal as it was for a family friend. Bottom line, Dr. Palm has not only served me and my wife so very well as a dermatologist for over 10 years now, she and her team have blessed us both, more than so many other professionals ever have. My wife and I simply cannot recommend Dr. Palm and her associates highly enough.

I was just telling some of the staff at Chiltonic about the time I got Sculptra from Dr. Melanie Palm. A few months later, my face looked Amazing and it still looks good years beyond. I was noticing the difference from when I received the facial injections and how it truly made a difference. I look forward to getting more. She also gave me Kybella treatment and I do still notice the difference. Also fillers. I highly recommend. She has a great video on You Tube showing the procedure.

I have been to plastic surgeons, cosmetic and specialty dermatologists in Beverley Hills, San Francisco, and San Diego but never have I met anyone as skilled as Dr. Melanie D. Palm from Art of the Skin in Solana Beach, CA. Melanie is a talented and artistic professional with state-of-the-art equipment and procedures. She is considerate and to the point of what is best for your particular needs and unlike some others in her field, never are you pressured. Too often we see patients who are overdone, that is an impossible outcome with Dr. Palm who is conservative in her approach and highly satisfying. I say this with full confidence, Dr. Melanie, will meet your expectations and beyond. You will immediately pick up on the positive energy in her office, which is a warm and inviting environment, very conducive to healing; the staff are friendly and professional, but my 2 favorite assistants that bring patients comfort and joy are Noel and Georgia. They are paw-sitively rebarkable! Dog--gonit, whatever they are getting paid, they both deserve a huge raise fur-sure!

I've been going to Dr. Palm for years. I've seen other dermatologist through the years but no comes close to her. She's an amazing dermatologist. She is knowledgeable, professional and kind. Whatever service you get from her it will turn out perfect! Her staff is amazing too. I just saw Stephanie PAC and Nayelly for an IPL. They did a great job! Her front office staffs customer service is impeccable. They always help me with everything I need.

Look no further Stephanie will make you look and feel so beautiful. Not to mention she's the sweetest. The office is absolutely beautiful. Whomever designed the office really paid close attention to detail and its just a dream. Lastly, the office staff were the kindest. They were welcoming, helpful and just the best. April, Dr. Palm's PA, does a great job with injectables. April listens carefully and heard me when I said I wanted a "light" sprinkling, I even ended up going back for more! When I had botox done once before my entire face drooped and I ended up looking older. April was able to look at my unique muscular and know exactly why I got a "drooping" effect previously and make some adjustments that made me look awesome.Second, the office staff is best in class. I work with almost all men and rarely get to be surrounded by women and it feels like a warm hug. I am grateful for them.
