The worst medical experience I have ever had. You should all be ashamed to call yourselves medical professionals.

Very slow response time when trying to make an appointment. Customer service is not very good. This location is not as good as other Scripps locations.

Life will surely teach you lesson before you will experience the good part of it , I have a bad experience falling from one scam to another until I read up a post about Mr Louis Bobby, i was still in doubt,i kept seeing many testimonys of his good work so I was convinced and decided to give it a try and I gave in my last shot and invested $2,000 for a start,he really played his own part of the deal as he promised, now I have gotten my second withdrawal without paying for other charges fees like other account managers, If you are searching for a honest account manager, search no more and add up Mr Louis Bobby who taught me all I needed to know, thank you sir and may you have strength to continue to help others like you did for me. Their team of doctors and practitioners take good care of me.

I've been a customer of this medical group for over 30 years. After the scripps takeover, everything has gone downhill. Takes forever to make an appointment by phone, for example. Some days you can't even get them to answer the phone at all. Some bureaucrat has optimized the business without consideration of patients. I find it offensive that they have their phone people always tell me to arrive 15 minutes BEFORE the appointment time. No doctor has ever been ready for me 15 minutes before the appointment time. I'm lucky if he's ready 15 minutes after the appointment time, yet some bureaucrat has so little care for my time that he thinks I should arrive 15 minutes early.

VERY EFFICIENT ! We are very lucky that this medical center is less than a 5 minute drive from our house. My wife made appointments for us to get our flu shots here this morning. We rolled up at 10.30am and didn't even have to get out of our car. All done in 5 minutes and we were gone. Stay healthy and get your flu shots !

She should be called dr demento. She almost killed me. I had a tumor in my appendix and she wouldn’t help me at all with it. I was going to her for two years to get help for stomach pains. Turns out I had a tumor in my appendix. She refused pain meds. She refused me any follow up treatment after I went to the emergency room and got a letter saying my appendix was enlarged. She knew. She chose to let the tumor stay inside of me. Now I can’t get any help at all cause she’s ruined my reputation amongst the doctors. She makes the mistake I have to pay for it with my life. It’s very confusing.

Never ever book your annual preventative appointment here!I ended up paying over $700 here they told me you came with pre-existing problems, and it will not be counted as preventative appointment. The doctor did not give me any prescription or referal for the problem I just let him know but they charged me for all the test and office visit out of pocket! Without even letting me know.The worst part is "Billing office", they are not helpful at all and very irrespectful with customer.I will never go to Scripps

Client service for first time clients was awful and I waited 10 min in a line by myself with 3 ladies working front desk only to be told I couldn’t be seen for an hour because there were no spots. So obviously not a walk in clinic.
