HORRIBLE phone wait time!!! Not polite or helpful in the least. Good doctors but not worth aggravation of front office.

Slow waits

I’ve had a terrible experience almost every time at Clinica de Salud in Soledad and I am tired of being quiet about it. Today I waited for almost 2 hours just to be seen by Dr. Ignacio Villanueva for 5 minutes. I was waiting for so long on an empty stomach and I was hungry I felt my body start to feel weak. While I was waiting, I overheard a nurse talking about weight loss to the Dr. and laughing a couple of times as if there weren’t any patients waiting. I believe they would have kept the conversation going if it weren’t for a parent interrupting them asking loudly if they could leave with their child already.Dr. Villanueva has had a history of saying inappropriate comments to me almost every single visit. “You need to cut back on the tortillas” or being surprised at how well I speak”. Speak well for who? These micro aggressions and disrespectful comments are NOT okay.The reason I came today was to request a doctors note stating my history of asthma (I was prescribed an inhaler by him) to be excused from my gym membership that is charging me a cancellation fee of $199, but he actually told me I SHOULD be going to the gym and that there is no excuse for me not to go. I don’t feel comfortable going to the gym because for me, it’s a greater risk of exposure during this pandemic and a health risk I am not willing to take when I could exercise at home.I’ve had enough. And now I just paid $40 for a 5 minute consultation that could have easily been relayed over the phone. But they required me to go in person and waste my time. Now I need to pay an additional $200 to cancel my gym membership at Anytime Fitness in Soledad. The pandemic did not go away, so why in the world would I put myself at more risk then I absolutely need to?And so with that, I am never stepping foot in that clinic again.

Don't ever come here. The service is extremely slow. Been waiting an hour and 15 min and still waiting as I write this.

Slow and bad service. One of the doctors always has a rude comment to say and the service there is always so slow.

Amazing staff but a little slow

The receptionist on the back are super rude. Especially one who's name is Rocio. She thinks that people is there to ask her for money or something else. Most of them treat patients really bad. They shouldn't be there if they don't like working with people. They should have customer service skills or find another job. Especially the one in King City CA.
