Dr. Billington misdiagnosed me and wanted to prescribe a medicine for an ailment that I did not have. Another time she neglected to return a phone call (even after 3 days) leading to a health emergency and hospital stay. I have never had a doctor so poorly able to practice.

I didn’t think I could ever have a good dr again after the Best Dr Hersh Left 😢🥰 but he told me to see Dr billington I like the idea about a woman , well to my surprise ! Dr. Billington is the best! I would definitely reiterate everyone's prior reviews, they are all so accurate and so true. She's known for not always running on time, but it doesn't matter, because when she sees you, she's only focusing on you! She takes the time to sit back, making eye contact, listening! She has wonderful suggestions. She's so smart and knowledgeable. She'll answer any question and is never critical. She is very kind and very thorough. Her compassion and bed side manner is why I make the drive to see her, I don't mind waiting, and this is why I have seen her for many years. And if you know her personal family story, her contributions, you would be in awe of someone who is truly an angel. A busy Physician who manages her own family and can provide exceptional medical care for her patients, while encompassing such kindness and blending it all together is a pretty special doctor!

Billington has been my doctor for about 15 years. Like other patients, I drive 30 miles or more to see her. She is a tremendous resource and extensive experience with patient care. Bring reading materials as you may wait 45 minutes or so, but her breath of experience and true patient concern is unrivaled. I would recommend her to anyne.
