I made an appointment in February of this year and could only get seen in June. They called me the day of the appointment to cancel and said I couldn't see another male doctor till March of 2020. I tried to stay loyal to Sansum, but they didn't stay loyal to me!

While the staff is friendly - try to get an appointment when you need one and to see a Dr. is IMPOSSIBLE. I have dealt with an issue that comes and goes and when it flares up I need to get in to see a Dr. ASAP for diagnosis - it's not going to happen. I pay a bucket load for insurance and can only get in to see a PA. I get an appointment (3 weeks out) for a doctor and wind up waiting another hour+ to see her. Not happy. If this winds up being a serious health issue......Disgruntled
