Please don’t come here for Covid testing on Sundays I got tested 10/10/21, I still haven’t gotten my results they didn’t even drop off the results until yesterday on Tuesday 10/12/21, and now I’m missing my last day of clinical for school and I don’t even know if I’m going to pass the class because of this, it now 10/13/21 and I still haven’t received my results And I’ve been to a bunch of different places in LA County and this is never happened before I’ve always gotten back to me within 48-72 hours, and its been over 72hrs Please don’t waste your time with this place also the nurse who did my Covid test was very rude and she would tell me to do one thing and then yell at me when I did it.

I apologize in advance if this complaint should be directed to Optum instead of to this clinic. But I came here to get COVID tested on Sunday 09/19. It is now Thursday 09/23. I have yet to receive my results. This is a public health hazard. Avoid this clinic if you are getting COVID testing. I’ve been able to get tested twice this week Tuesday and Wednesday at San Gabriel Valley Airport and have already received my results within 24 hours (PCR). If you need to get tested on a Sunday, go to Curative instead, my friend got her PCR result within 24 hours.Another complaint is that day, the nurse who took my swab was entirely rude and annoyed the entire time. She would order me to do one thing and then yell at me for doing what she told me to do. This place just ain’t it for COVID testing.

I made an appointment at 9. They decided to take a 15min break at 9. Came back at around 9:30. Extremely unprofessional considering I have an appointment at 9.

I had symptoms of Fever, chills, dizziness. I went to this place to get tested for THE COVID VIRUS.. A patient ID number was required, so I obtained it, then I was DENIED of a testing AND an appointment because I DID NOT HAVE 2 FORMS OF IDENTIFICATION CARD. When denied , I felt like passing out. Then I walked away from this damned clinic crying in disbelief that they can turn away someone that clearly had the symptoms. No concern from this damned facility. So then I went to CVS, and there I obtained an appointment WITHOUT PROOF OF IDENTIFICATION . THANK YOU CVSP.S- If I can give this dump ZERO stars, I would.
