I used them twice, both times I paid right away and after a couple of months they send me bill as if I didn’t pay anything, even though I showed receipts they still send me bills and now three times more higher. Don’t go there they rip you off.

Don't go to this place, slow service. We came 15 mins early my mother was seen for dental cleaning after 2 and 1/2 hours. One male staff member smells like he smoked marijuana inside the restroom when I used the restroom after him. It was close to home but service was poor. Don't waste your time here.

They performed the best dental work I experienced before.The manager Elizabeth was awesome she helped me out with my payment process I highly recommend this place sincerely Ricky j

Not the greatest experience. I took time off for work to make my appointment and to remind you I had an appointment. I filled out the paperwork and waited to be told I can only do xrays and not even see the doctor because the doctor was running behind. That meant me to take more time off of work and for me to pay a 2nd payment that is not right. Will not go back.

The team at West Coast Dental Of South Gate is exceptional. The facility is immaculate and uses up-to-date technology. Everyone I met was professional and caring. Lizeth was knowledgeable and made sure I was comfortable. She has a wonderful bedside manner and clearly explained my X-rays and procedures. They clearly explained the costs and my insurance coverage, which I really appreciated. This level of transparency and care is rare, and I'm thrilled with the excellent service I receive every time I visit."
