If I could give zero stars I would. This man is the worst health care professional I have ever met. I once had a Bartholin cyst that was causing me a TON of pain, so I went to the ER because I couldn't sit properly. Even when I explained to him directly that I had PTSD from sexual abuse, he pried my legs open and yelled at me while I was having a panic attack on the table. He does the bare minimum and makes female bodied people feel like shit for being in pain. Every female bodied person I know has had a TERRIBLE experience with this man. When I had strep I had to go to the hospital TWICE to get a diagnosis. Protell was my first doctor, and once again he was fucking rude, and only half-listened to my concerns. He did the rapid test, and when it came out negative he sent me home with nothing. After a few days I came back and thankfully got a different doctor, when she saw that he failed to do a Covid test or to even do a culture test, she was in awe at the bare minimum he did. I finally got a diagnosis and antibiotics, but that was only because I had a different doctor who actually listened and cared. I suggest that this man does anything but healthcare. Protell is not suited for this job and really fucking sucks.

Not good. This MD diagnosed my son with COVID-19 and didn't seriously consider any differential diagnoses. We were on vacation in South Lake Tahoe when my son spiked a high fever. His girlfriend had a sinus infection which was diagnosed shortly before we left. We were with another family (total of 8) and no one else had symptoms or felt ill. Very curious considering the how infectious COVID is supposed to be. Luckily my wife and I work at Mayo in Minnesota, so we called our family physician and she diagnosed him over the phone and prescribed antibiotics. Within 2 days, my son was feeling much better...Just in time to return home. The lesson learned here is not everything is COVID COVID COVID. There are still other diseases, virus and germs out there. Please consider other causes or disease processes.

Very poor. Horrible doctor didnt care about my 9 month old or checking her to make sure she was ok cause he wanted to go back to bed
