I bought a 3 month package of emslim + cool sculpting and 6 weeks of their skinny drip in preparation for my wedding. Thea and Annette were amazing! They even gave me 3 months of ultrasonic cavitation sessions as a wedding gift! They were very accommodating when scheduling all my appointments. I even paused from the sessions for a month and resumed when my scheduling was easier without losing any of my purchased package. The infusion nurses were gentle and gave me the infusions while doing other treatments- great for "clustering care". Parking is super easy, it shares a free parking lot with the rest of the building. The facility was always super clean and comfortable.

I had a very disappointing check in when I came in for my appointment, As soon as I walked in I said I was here for my appointment that I had paid for in advance. Mary, I can't say greeted me she was very rude and told me I need to pay more money after I already paid for my two full treatments. It just didn't make any sense, she just kept trying to get more and more money out of me, also I was supposed to have a wart burned of the last time I was there for $30.00, they did not have the proper acid, so I rebooked for this appointment, now they told me it was $200.00 now, this person was such a Debbie Downer, she had an rude attitude with me for the reason that what she was trying to do was wrong, I had paid in full for my two treatments. I asked for the owners phone number or email, she said sure, however I had to keep asking for it, and the end I still did not get it, she gave me a regular business card. I would never come back to this spa, it was very disappointing and super unprofessional, I work in this same kind of field and would never ever have any employees treat a customer in that manner. Very sad to say but I will never revisit this place of business.
