I called the day before to preempt the visit, providing a background for my elderly mother's current health situation. The RN Care Manager listened to my concerns carefully, and planned to relay my concerns to the visiting NP. As I requested, NP Jasper spoke to me after her visit with my mother to discuss her assessments. She and I were in agreement with her findings. I felt she provided good insight into my mother's current health, and made sound recommendations. I appreciated her listening to my concerns and making recommendations for further testing, which she is going to communicate with my mother's PCP.
