I had a facial with Latrice and she did an amazing job! So relaxing and great attention to detail. The shoulder and neck massage was so nice and I left feeling very rejuvenated. Would definitely go back!

This review is long overdue. I've been seeing Elaine for the past 3 years and there's a very good reason for that. When I first started going here, I requested for someone who could do deep tissue massage. Ever since my first massage with her, she's done nothing but brought healing to my body and my mind. I have nothing but love and gratitude towards Elaine!

I just had the most amazing traditional massage from Elaine! She will be my go to therapist, moving forward. She was friendly, punctual, and attentive to my needs. The prices are reasonable. They have add ons available including deep tissue, hot stone, and like CBD oil for extra charges. The service/front desk is friendly too. I will most definitely be returning.

I happened upon this location when looking for a place to have a massage for my birthday last year. I am now a member and look forward to my monthly deep tissue massage. It brings me so much joy and my body the recovery it needs. Customer service is superb!

I've never felt so relaxed! This was my first time getting a massage and I can't believe I didn't book one sooner. The glowing reviews is what led me here and they were not wrong at all! Very easy to book through text and I was able to secure an appointment for a 60 minute Swedish massage the next day. Even though I arrived a little earlier than my appointment, I was brought in shortly after. My massage was absolutely amazing. The stress and sore muscles simply melted away. Although I wasn't in the lounge for long, it was super clean, cozy, and inviting with plush seating and self-serve tea and water. The warm, attentive, and prompt service coupled with such a peaceful massage where I was almost lulled to sleep - will definitely come back again soon!

I absolutely love this place. I have enjoyed their services for years and they never disappoint. From massages to facials to waxing all amazing. Professional, clean, soothing, just great! Highly recommend Luminous, both locations. I’m about to try their acupuncture service because I heard good things about it. I’ll let you know that works out.. although quite sure it will be amazing.

I was having bad aches on my right shoulder and back for a while and decided to give this a try as I'm skeptical that a spa massage can relieve my aches and deep muscle tension. Elaine was skilful and applied the right pressure to relieve my muscle tensions around my back and shoulders. She also warned that I would get muscle soreness for the next few days and assured me that it was normal. I felt so much better a few days later after the soreness subsided.

Today was my first time here. I had a luminous facial and it felt amazing!! I didn't know what to expect because I never had a facial before but I felt so relaxed and refreshed after. Unfortunately I don't remember the persons name who did my facial but me and the two others I went with seemed to have a great experience, as well, so it seems like anyone you get, will be good. I plan to give this a try again in a couple months and hopefully I will become a regular. :)
