My brother is developmentally disabled after contracting a childhood illness. I wanted to support this remarkable organization to help other adults with developmental disabilities. The enchanted village is a beautiful holiday event that combines the magic and wonder of Christmas with lights and festivities. I want to thank the staff member, Sharla, for kindly exchanging our event tickets when I couldn't make the original night from being sick with cold. Our family is grateful to have such a beautiful, fun filled, family friendly event to attend that supports such an extraordinarily important cause and organization. I hope the residents at Noah Homes continue to thrive and experience connection, community and love. I'm still unpacking my own ableist perspectives, despite helping to raise my brother who has a disability. I hope people continue to support this event and find ways to meaningfully connect with people with disparate disabilities with kindness and compassion. Thank you for this event and the important work you do!
