Ole Health's Online Review Report Card

If this is the same Dr. Munoz that worked in Oxnard, Ca. good luck, she did not see that I got good medical care and referrals. The Dr. I see now is super. Beware.

I’m currently sitting in a room waiting to be seen. It’s been an hour. This has happened at both Napa locations. I beyond hate this place. I don’t understand why I have to wait so long.

We were told this is the only option for my daughter who is going to college out there. 2 days spent on hold beginning at 7 am. No one answers and they don't call back until after all appointments for the day are full. 2 days in a row, no appointments only to find out they don't even see patients. Then again they only set 8 appointments a day.I have heard all of my life how California is superior to Florida. At least here we have countless clinics and our health departments actually answer phones and easily schedule appointments.

My experiences at Clinic Ole have always been positive. The clinic is very well run, the staff is polite and empathetic. As a nurse myself, I can say that the staff are up to date on the latest best practices. I highly recommend the medical and nursing care here.

Denise Pinon, should not have a doctors license. Unprofessional(attitude and attire, pants had holes in them, looked like she crawled out of bed from under a bridge) cold, Unknowledgeable about medicine. When she tried to take me off my anxiety medication she completely misdiagnosed me. The mental and physical pain I endured while “weaning off” was scary not just for me but for my wife and my co-workers who all noticed a huge change in me. I was becoming very irrational and felt like I was losing a grip on reality. The psychologist was blown away at how WRONG she was weaning me off and how DANGEROUS it was for me to not be weaned off correctly. The psychologist apologized more times than Dr. Piñon did, which was not once! Dr Piñon could have done some SERIOUS mental damage to me. She was combative over the phone while I explained to her that what I was feeling was wrong and I was scared, she acted like she knew what she was doing. should not be taking patients off Medicine without fully knowing and understanding the effects or how to PROPERLY do so. No accountability. End the end she told me she would continue to see me but not for my anxiety medication, I would need to see a specialist because she admitted that she didn’t know everything about it. (So why act like you do?) I should have sued her for malpractice, but my brain wasn’t working correctly at the time..maybe it’s not to late?

Made an drs appointment yesterday so that I could talk to my dr about a possible gluten allergy and how to proceed, and sore throat. The closest appointment I could get is a MONTH out! I’ve spent hundreds on urgent care since these appointments have been so far out. So sick of it.

They NEVER answer the phone for appointments, the wait is always long, and their email is incorrect on the website.Most frustrating clinic ever.

I love Ole Health but their phone system sucks. I have left several massages today with the automated call back system and nothing back. Crickets! Trying to get a referral approved with my insurance for a mass on my kidney. Kinda important! Please call me!!!!!!!!!!!

I called for an appointment and was able to be seen that same day. Everyone I encountered at the clinic was wonderful, friendly, and reassuring. I usually don't take the time to write Yelp reviews but the service and my experience here was so impactful to my day that I wanted to show my appreciation.

I just have to share how amazing everyone is at OLE health. Always willing to go above and beyond for everyone. My mom a patient of OLE Health always speaks highly of the good care and good customer service she receives. Thank you OLE Health for keeping my Mom healthy and informed of all her preventative screenings, groups and classes you offer.💉💊💉
