I love Dr. Chow!!! She makes eye appointments fun! She is very engaging, and remembers customers and stories talked about from previous visits. Great prices too, always very fast to get in and out so that you can still be able to do other things during your day.

Now, there are plenty of optometrists in my neck of the woods, but I will make that 30-minute drive to Dr. Chow&#39;s office. I&#39;ve been coming here for years, and I plan on returning because they are just absolutely the best here.<br><br>Everyone -- front office and Drs. Chow, Lou, and Pham -- is knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about their work. Appointment availability is flexible and open. Everything in the office is wiped down thoroughly after each patient. Equipment is old, but works.<br><br>You&#39;ll get quality care here.

I rarely write reviews, unless they&#39;re really bad or really great. In this case my review for this optometry center is being rated by me as &#34;highly recommended.&#34; To begin, as soon as I walked into their offices I noticed every step was taken with covid-19 prevention protocols: temperature check, 6-foot distance, device/instrument disinfecting, etc.<br><br>Ms. Chow was thorough with explaining the purpose of explaining each test as of my overall eye exam and answering all of my questions. After reviewing my eye prescription she fitted me with contact lenses that are probably the most comfortable I&#39;ve ever worn and now my vision is the best I&#39;ve ever experienced.

Dr Chow was Super sweet and comprehensive in my daughters vision test. And Bernie at the vision center next door was so kind and patient in fitting her glasses. Really impressed with how nice these professionals were!

Dr. Chow is the kindest and professional optometrist I&#39;ve ever dealt with. I have been going to her for years and she is just great! She helped me get into a great set of soft lens and is very helpful answering any questions I have!

Christine at the front door was very efficient and gave me the appointment I wanted the next day. Diana Lou saw me and gave me the prescription for new glasses. She took time to make sure I got the right prescription. My family and I have been to this Vision center for over 10 years and always get the best service. Will recommend them to others. Also the cost of the visit is very reasonable.

I took my kids for a walk-in eye exam and glasses prescription and we absolutely loved Dr. Chow and her assistant. We got seen quickly and Dr. Chow was so personable and friendly and made great conversation with my kids. She is so sweet and very thorough with the examination. We will definitely be making her our regular optometrist.
