Saw him for a tendon problem. Once he saw it was not a surgery, he wasn’t interested in seeing me anymore. Sent me on my way to find my own hand therapist. Could not be bothered to refer me. Very disappointing for private care. His secretary told me he made money with surgery so he wasn’t interested in treating me. Very bad.

One month ago , I had my second surgery with Dr Durand, and I am beyond thrilled with the results. Dr Durand is truly a master in his field, and I would recommend his services if you are looking for professional services and excellent results in plastic surgery .

After having had a traumatic event related to a sports injury 12 years ago I have had much trouble getting the use of my right hand back, even for regular daily activities. I have seen specialists all through our country and numerous surgeries later I was still unable to use my right hand comfortably. Until, that is, I finally met Dr. Durand who took the time to for perform all the necessary examinations and with one simple surgery I now have complete use of my right hand back for the first time in at least over 12 years. I am immensely grateful to Dr. Durand and his team for all the fine work they did for me. I can honestly say that I believe that Dr Durand and his team are among the finest that Canada has to offer.

I flew in from Vancouver( to Montreal) in order to be treated by this surgeon, and he did not disappoint. Absolutely everything was first class: from the facilities, to the informative consultation, including a wonderful team, state of the art facilities, and last but not least an extremely satisfying result to my surgery. I would return to see the surgeon whole-heartedly , if I needed to again.

Quel merveilleux chirurgien qui prends le temps de s'informer et d'expliquer aux patients, avant de procéder . Avec lui, on se sent inclus dans notre traitement , ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas avec d'autres. J'ai subi deux chirurgie extrêmement bien réussi avec ce chirurgien., Et je suis très content des résultats. Il vaut le détour.

I could not ask for a better medical treatment in this day and age. Dr. Durand’s personalized care program solved my issue with a very simple surgery. He has since operated at least three of my colleagues who are equally satisfied with their treatment. It is refreshing to find a doctor that takes the time to listen to his patients these days, and put in the effort to find the correct solution for every patient. Two thumbs up for this doctor ; way up.
