List of Central City Community Health Center - Stanton's Reviews
When I moved to Orange County from Los Angeles County, there are rules, when you retire with the SSA, you may have to change primary doctors. That was my case, I chose Central City Community. Nervous, my first appointment was flawless. I love the facility, the follow COVID protocols, I like that. My New Doctor…..awwww bromance in a lets keep me healthy way. Check out their website for particular and sensitive other topics regarding your health. Happy, Healthy and ready to follow my doctors order.
My uncle made an appointment here, without seeing their reviews, for 1:30 PM. When he showed up at 1:30, they told him you should've showed up 15 minutes early to do all the paperwork since you are a new patient. I was waiting for him outside the clinic, until 3:10 when I called him to ask why he is still not out. He told me they put him in this room, telling him the doctor will see you in a bit, but its been 50 minutes now and nobody is here. I finally went inside the clinic, and the front desk staff blame my uncle for their disorganization, and why he didn't show up 15 minutes early. Anyway, like the other comments said, avoid this place at any cost. They are very unprofessional, disorganized and messy.
I'm not sure what everyone else is seeing here... my mom switched to this clinic based on a friend's recommendation and it's been the best decision. The doctor has been attentive and really listened to our concerns and our feedback. The girls at the front desk have been extremely accommodating and let us know that we have different options for things and send us reminders and calls. My mom has parkinson's and for the 1st time since she was diagnosed 2 and a 1/2 years ago, we're getting in front of the right docs with referrals from here. We would highly recommend
I've been coming to this Dr's office for many years and have never had an issue. My children have also been seen here as well, excellent service and the medical staff is awesome especially my dr. Dr. Cao I would highly recommend this family clinic
Dr Andrew Chu and his staff are knowledgeable and helpful. They have given an A+ service when I need to get checked up. They are friendly, hard working individuals all working together to give us the assistance we need.
People here are very nice unfortunately there system is the worst... if you want to make an appointment here make sure you have at least 3 hrs available because that's how much time they take to take care of you, it doesn't mater if you are a walk in or if you have an appointment.
Horrible just that simple. The girls at the front desk have a bad attitude until u check they asses. The Doctor needs to find another career because he doesn't like his job. You can tell he does not give a f***. That's sad
I was first person today , was seen with in 10-15 mins total time there maybe 25 mins , got me set up to get a x-ray down the street with drive n wait at both places maybe a hour max , idk about everyone below me but wasn't bad at all was quick . Maybe u already checked them n they improving there service
No good
STAY AWAY!!!! This place is hands down the worst Doctors office EVER! Staff is terrible. Wait times with appointments are over an hour and half long and another hour once inside. No one with an appointment should ever have to spend 2 plus hours at the doctors office.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
