The office staff from the front to the back was wonderful. I appreciate their professionalism, attentiveness, knowledge, communication and commitment to providing excellent patient care. Dr Balduzzi explained things in a way that was plain and simple to understand. I was a patient of Dr Yecies and will always appreciate what he did.. Dr Balduzzi has come into the practice and is doing a great job. Stockton is blessed to have this clinic of excellent workers.
I do not recommend!!! go elsewhere. Even if you have to go out of town do not come to this allergy center. They are very unprofessional. They are so rude and they are racist!!! My appointment was at 2:15 PM. I went in there at 1:40 PM with my BABY ! They didn't call me to the back until 3:00 PM and still made me wait until 3:30 PM. I went to go ask the nurse what was taking so long, she was so rude. Didn't even apologize no empathy nothing. I said the doctor shouldn't be booking people back to back, This is ridiculous my baby is getting fussy and she told me "Well You can tell him that" I ended up just leaving didn't even get seen. Do not recommend racist racist racist !!!! They treat Black people poorly
I had a appointment at their San Andreas location for June 6th and they canceled it due to the fact that the doctor was not going to be in. I tried to reschedule my appointment on June 1st and it was going to be 2 months before they could see me. They gave me the option to have a phone consultation and the doctor was going to call me the morning of June 2nd between 8am and 9am. 9am comes around and no call so I call them. And after being on hold for 30min the doctor gets on the phone and goes through the list of things I was allergic to I ask a couple questions probably a total of 5 minutes for our conversation. Then a month later I get a bill for $165 for the phone consultation that they couldn't even keep. They never mentioned I would be charged during the phone conversation. This practice is a joke. The office staff knows little to nothing and the doctors are extremely quick to leave the room after the appointment like they don't even want to be there. And when you ask the doctor a question they act like it's a huge problem to answer you.
I’m very disappointed with the specialty nurse who’s doing the authorization for specialty medication. I totally understand that they are busy, I’ve been waiting for them to give us a call back for two months and didn’t hear anything from them. Every time I will call they will say they will call me back or the nurse was off or on break. My son was delayed for his meds for 3 months already. The clinic was good before (doctors and staffs per se) thats why my son was coming back here for more than 12 yrs until this happened recently. People who answers phone calls needs to be more compassionate and understanding as well.
I appreciate you assisting me when I am not feeling well. I appreciate my prescriptions being sent in to my pharmacy.
The doctors themselves are 5 stars! But the Tracy clinic as a whole needs some work. If all you need is your annual check up and allergy shots, this is the place for you. This place isn't all that bad. If you need anything more, you might want to go somewhere else with better customer service. I'm allergic to the covid vaccine and needed a note from my doctor to be exempt from the booster. The receptionist had one of the nurses call me back and I just felt attacked because he was like well why didn't you notify us of the allergy sooner? Like idk? I've never had an allergy doctor before! So I ended up having to schedule an appt just to talk to my doctor about the note. Like there was no other way to get in touch with the doc. But after submitting the note, my employer gave me more paper work for my doctor to fill out. I don't know who dropped the ball, but it took THREE WEEKS to get the paperwork completed and by then I didnt need it anymore because i pled my waiver case with the original doctor's note. I feel like there was no sense of urgency. Plus my start date was postponed. If you have to go in more than once a year, it's best to schedule at a different clinic if possible. Everytime I have a scheduled appt at the Tracy office, I end up waiting an 1.5+ hours in the waiting room. I had an appt in Stockton one time with the same doctor, and the wait was 15 mins.
Dr. Jeff Balduzzi is extremely thorough and competent. He's also pleasant. My toddler are I are both his patients and so far I feel like he provides good care. However, the office staff are disorganized and terrible at communication. It took me nearly a month to get instructions for my son's food allergy challenge (I called probably 3 times over the course of several weeks and was repeatedly told that the nurse would e-mail it to me -- he finally e-mailed me a recipe I had to bake the day before the food test, which was inconvenient). After I baked the muffins in the recipe they finally sent to me, we showed up ready for the food challenge and were told that there had been a mistake -- the doctor didn't feel the food test was safe. I understand that mistakes happen so I was more frustrated about the lack of information before the testing even happened. For example, at first the nurse told me just to bring something with eggs (my son's allergy), but that sounded strange because how would they know how much egg was in the food, etc. When I probed a little and asked for instructions, it turned out that there was a recipe I needed to make. Also, the physician prescribed an epi-pen for my son about 2.5 weeks ago and today I received a call from the pharmacy staff informing me that the prescription needed clarification and that they have attempted to reach out to the AI&A office numerous times for clarification but the office had not responded. So now I have to wait for the doctor to send a new prescription and then wait for the pharmacy to fill it and mail the epi-pen. It's things like this that make being a patient here extremely frustrating and time consuming. I spent a lot of time calling to get instructions, rescheduling work meetings for an appointment only to be told that there had been a mistake. And now I am spending time reaching out to try to get a correct prescription before my son starts preschool. In sum, I like Dr. Jeff Balduzzi but the office communication and oversights are frustrating enough that I'm looking to see what other options are in the surrounding area.
I have been going to see Dr George Bensch for probably 30 yrs for my allergies. He's a great doctor , very caring and knowledgeable, always trying to do what's best for his patients . And his office staff in Stockton is very helpful especially Kari . She's a pleasure to work with And answers all my questions with a great attitude. And it doesn't hurt that Kari and the whole staff are very attractive . Thank you all very much , Rudy Sienega
Dr George Bench is my dr and he is AMAZING!!! The front office could be more professional when answering calls
If I could I'd give no stars... this office was recommended by a co-worker. I was very excited to be seen and get my food allergy addressed in th Stockton/ Modesto locations. Office staff was very rude and unhelpful. I ended up cancelling my new patient appointment after talking to the office manager Monica. The staff itself was not quite sure of facts they were giving me And when I told them I was having food that were getting worse each time but wasn't taking any medication because of my coming appointment They still said the food challenge test would have to wait till another appointment, that was their protocol. I hear the doctors in this office are amazing, too bad the office staff is scaring patients away. Not even a patient yet, and I can only imagine having to deal with them on a regular basis, what a nightmare.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
