I was early for my appointment and they took me right into the examination room, a good sign. My appointment was for 9:45; they said get there by 9:30; I was there at 9:15. Waited in the examination room until 10:45 to see Dr. Bethune. He proceeded to laugh at me, didn't seem interested in my problem, only looked at the knee when I showed him and gave NO useful advice. Seek help from another orthopedist.

Dr Bethune is an amazing doctor. He goes above and beyond to fix the problem. He knows what he is doing. He fixed my knee without major surgery or knee replacement. His staff is great. Very kind and understanding. I recommend this doctor highly!!

I recently fell and fractured my tibia and shattered my knee cap, I also dislocated my shoulder. I've never felt such pain , I was so scared at the time. Dr. Bethune was the surgeon, when he came in he was so kind and explained things in such a calming matter, he actually calmed me down. Such kindness, afterwards his staff member Gabriela was my contact and she also went above and beyond her duties to get me a nurse to come to my home to remove staples. She is always so upbeat kind, professional, and always follows through with everything. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Dr. Bethune took time to explain the problem with my shoulder using xrays and MRI. Explained the surgical procedure and recovery process. On the follow up visit he showed me the xrays taken after the surgery and explained again what he had done. Gave me all the time I needed to fully understand the operation procedure and recovery process and answered all of my questions.
