Bigelow Tracy Do's Online Review Report Card

Went to see her for a hand injury. She ordered an mri. Result is a partial tear. Im in a lot of pain and go back for results. She says "I can do a cortisone shot or you can just go on your way!" I say but there is a tear and her response. " ya they read the mri wrong" and then grabs my thumb and presses down hard on the inner side and says it hurts here right? I then point to the other side and she gets very quiet and says under her breath "oh I guess it is right" Explain cortisone is not an option with me due to very bad flairs. She says this will never heal and to just deal with it. I ask her if she can please put that in writting as I need it for my insurance and she snaps at me rudly and says no just read her notes. I get her notes over a week later and she has completly lied and what she wrote is not what she told me at all! I would stay away! I'm now in the care of another Dr. Who is helping me. Also stated what her plan of care was would have caused more tearing!

Dr. Bigelow is great! she performed surgery on my father and he is doing awesome! On the day of the surgery she explained everything in detail and was answering every question we had. After the surgery she visited my father and asked how he was feeling. Dr. Bigelow is a very dedicated, caring, sweet Dr. I definitely recommend her for anybody's  needs. Thank you Dr. Bigelow your the best!

she has no bed side manor and is very rude to the people she works with fyi for sutter you can hear everything through those exam room doors

I was seeing Dr Bigelow for wrist pain while I was waiting in the room to be seen by the doctor I heard the doctor yell at her staff about her schedule any doctor who raises her voice at their staff is not someone I want working on my me no one deserves to be spoken to that way

I have seen Dr. Bigelow two times for different hand conditions. One of these required surgery. She has been able to resolve both of the problems I had. She is compassionate and takes time to answer your questions. I have found her gentle and very easy to work with. In today's world with doctors treating patients like they are cattle going through a "shoot", she is refreshing and can renew your faith in the profession.

A few years ago I fell and the end of my elbow broke off. She was extremely knowledgeable and took time to answer all my questions. She squeezed my emergency surgery into her schedule when another surgeon in town was going to have me wait 10 days until the swelling went down, and that surgeon hadn't even seen me, but told me this over the phone! She put a plate and several screws in and my elbow healed beautifully. I am so very grateful for her skills, her compassion and that she was there for me when I needed her.

I had a trigger thumb that had been injected 3 times and needed surgery. Dr Bigelow was very nice and caring. Everything from the scheduling by her scheduler, through surgery, and follow up appointments was excellent.
