CMC across SJC has call centers that don't answer their phones! So difficult to make an appt. If, yes IF, their phones aren't down 😵😩 SO frustrating!!! Only and the ONLY reason I stay is their Dr I like... But I'm reconsidering!! I've tried about 4 different locations 🤔😒Channel is by far, the worst! And their practices are terrible!

My son just started preschool late august the school gave me a physical form to take to my sons dr I did and until this day they have not called me I’ve called and personally went to the clinic all they said was that they’ll leave an urgent message to call me! It’s been 4 days and nothing! The school just informed me that they need it before the 30th I’m just going to look for another dr this is ridiculous!

I really like this clinic My doctors are great and I get treated well every time I go. Some appointment take longer than others but they do their best to get me in within the same month.

Dr. Katherine Ketz is the best Dr. She listened to me and took care of me she is very caring. I really appreciate her because the other drs did not give a damn about me but she did and I am very thankful for her ❣️🌹

Disappointed to the point, I refuse to see another doctor. I had to wait a month to get lab results. They were mainly focused on my weight.

I’ve had pretty decent care of here but the only thing I’m a little upset about is their website says they are open on Saturdays from 8 AM to 4 PM yet when I tried to call right now it says they are closed. It would be nice if they could at least update the website so I wouldn’t waste my time.

Could be better Drs. I went in today per the Drs request. I have been dealing with chronic pain and severe anxiety since 2003. Unfortunately because I am on Medi-Cal I don't get the same level of care as many other people. Overall I give this clinic and my primary Dr 3 stars. I understand their hands are tied and there's protocols to follow but one of my concerns I have been voicing vehemently for one yr now.
