this place is bad !, specially all doctor's !,the dont give a dam about Medical Care!, all they want is the money they never take the right I approachto resolve an issue like giving the right medication for the problem they always try to pach everything whith Tylenol and antihistamine is like second clase medical care I bet they have better Medical Care in Africa and if it's not better at least the price is not ridiculous

The doctor Nancy Chuks-Orgi s always hours late to the appointment, the staff always calls the wrong number no matter how many times I tell them and they are rude! I would not recommend this location and I cannot wait to switch my doctor out.

My Mother in law was hit by a car ( that took off) and suffered multiple rib fractures. Keep in mind she is 71 years old and weighs less then 130 pounds. Trying to contact dr. To refill her pain medication and was treated like a drug addict. The front desk employees at Waterloo community medical center are extremely rude and insensitive. Violating the number 1 rule of working in medical field.... PATIENT RIGHTS. To be treated equally and fair. NOT discriminated.
