I would recommend Dr. Wee to anyone I love and care about. His professionalism, bedside manner, ability to articulate the details of procedures and operation far exceed that which I have experienced in the past. The man is an absolute credit to his profession. I will attempt to contact Dr. Daniel Wee for any future necessary medical eye procedures. The man is a gift to patients.

Dr.Wee was super rude when I first saw him. He didn't even want to speak to my mother and I. When I greeted him, he wouldn't even look me in the eyes. During the exam, he told me that my eyes were fine, but he had a very cold tone. I told him that I've seen an increase in floaters and stars in my vision, but he claimed that everything was normal. Then he proceeded to push me out. A month later, when I switched to Sutter Health from Kaiser, I found out that he had diagnosed me with PVD. However, he never let me or my mother know. He acted as if everything was okay. Before him, I've seen multiple opthalmologists, and everyone's said that my eyes are fine, and my vision is 20/20. Today, I tried to check in with him to see if he might've made a misdiagnosis, and I was met with disrespect and dismissiveness. He didn't want to talk to me nor explain the diagnosis without a co-payment, even though he never fully did his job in the first place. He allowed me to leave thinking everything was fine, only to read my chart in confusion later on. If this man truly "treats his patients like family members," he must treat his family like they're less than. I wouldn't recommend.

Dr. Wee is Very professional, he takes the time to explain in detail the cataract surgery. Dr Wee also listen to all my concerns I felt really comfortable with the entire surgery . I would highly recommended Dr. Wee to “ALL “ my family , friends and anyone who is in need of cataract surgery. Thank you Dr, Wee and Staff😊 You All are a awesome team!! May God Bless you.🙏🏽😊

Went in for foreign object in right eye , ended up with cataract surgery, the cornea transplant, which left me blind in my right eye and the dr. insisting on removal of right eye. went in could see out of both eyes and have loss of vision in right eye and soon to be loss of eye.With no compensation.

Dr. Wee is a wonderful and thorough ophthalmologist! He accurately diagnosed a CRVO in my eye and got me a prompt appointment with an excellent Retinal Specialist. He even called me the next day to see if I was okay! He and Dr. Palmer both do wonderful work and the staff is awesome as well. They were incredibly helpful in helping me obtain the proper paperwork to maintain my driving privileges. I will continue to see Dr. Wee and Dr. Palmer!!

Dr. Wee's professionalism, attention to detail, coupled with his drive to see patients on time won me over! Dr. Wee greeted me personally in the waiting room of his lobby and escorted me back to the exam room. I was thoroughly impressed by his attentiveness and I plan to refer him to anyone in my network who may be in need of an Ophthamologist. He does a great job at explaining exactly what it is he is treating, as well as details about the procedure he is going to perform. I was thoroughly impressed!
