This is in regarding to the physician Ms. Bennet. Absolutely one of the WORST and unprofessional physician. I took time off of work to visit their office to discuss my TMJ disorder. I felt very rushed with physician Bennet and stated I was in much pain. All she suggested was I take IBUPROFEN and apply a hot towel to my damaged area. Also gave me specialist in the area that specialize in TMJ. May I mention, she was going back and fourth arguing with me and not giving professional help because I asked of a inflammatory & pain reliever medication. Complete waste of time, I went in seeking help with my pain and she talked to me as if I were a child and said narcotics are very addictive. We all completely understand that, and to be treated like this was VERY unprofessional! Please seek another doctor in the office if you get assigned to Ms. Bennet

I have had two ruptured ear drums. I had my first Tympanoplasty surgery on my left ear last year by Dr. Guendert. It’s a scary procedure walking into, because it’s such a delicate surgery. Her office staff, and her demeanor is professional, and kind. I get in quickly, and on time. She is straight forward and helpful. My left ear is in working condition, and my hearing has been restored. Although I have moved to Sacramento, I am currently making trips down to Stockton so she may do the surgery on my right ear. Mainly I TRUST this doctor, and feel safe with her instruction and help in my recovery

I saw this dr she put me on drugs and said if they don't work...next step is a ct. I called the office 3 times telling them that I was in big trouble and needed the ct. They NEVER CALLED BACK!!! I thought dr take a oath? Not this one! Found a real doctor and having ASAP surgery
