The most untrained, scurryingly scattered office I've ever experience! Doctor rushes, and hands off to them! Look out. On issue after another. Choose someone else.

I'm surprised of seeing such negative experiences with the staff when it was the complete opposite with us today! I wonder if they changed staff or better training of perhaps we just get what we give. I very much appreciate how helpful and patient they were with my father in law not to mention while I was waiting for him it was the same treatment towards other patients. To work in customer service can be stressful and difficult but all the girls we talked to were very helpful, polite and professional. Thank you!

The front desk never answers the phone, we were calling for my grandpa to get an appointment, they never called back, he got so sick and passed away, then the doctor ordered medicine for my mom, but actually it was never called in, Walgreens could never get a hold of the office, I’ve been trying to schedule appointments for my parents it’s been over a month, I leave messages they haven’t called me back, it’s hard to see the doctor you always need to see the nurse practitioner first

Dr. Ferro is a wonderful Dr. Very professional. We choose him as our family Doctor because he is the best, he always talks to his patient very clear and really cares for them.The only issue I have is with the receptionist because they aren’t polite when you call plus they never answer the phone.

very bad service, wonder how they work, wish be more interest in the patiens, and see them like persons, not just like money they will collect....doctor that dont have interest on patien should not be a doctor, we are humans not animals, we can talk, they can explain what's happening what you have to do, not think that we need to guess....very bad experince...wish the dr ferro says something

The front desk staff never answer the phone...we went to the office one day for the same reason and they were talking all the time and not answering the phone. Today we lost an appointment because the lady in the front desk said that she called us and we call her back 1 min later and she answer the phone and make us wait an after that she hang up and never answer my calls again. The doctor Ferro is good but, if you can get help from his staff isn’t worthy.

Awesome Doctor always good communication and very helpful. The staff are always on top of their game.Update 5-17-2020 been noticing new staff and never had issues before till this year. Understanding of the charge for filling out paperwork for disability but at least they should fill it out complete. Been having issues twice this year for incomplete paperwork causing disability to reject my claim and prolonging not having income to get thru the month.

If I could give the staff at this office a ZERO. So many mistakes . No care of empathy for their patients paperwork. They messed up three times on Edd paperwork , yes three times ! This office does not do electronic Edd processing , what year are we in. Always has new staff not sure if they are always getting students or there’s a high turnover due to unhappiness in this office.

Dr. Ferro seems to be competent but his front desk staff are the absolute worst I have ever come across in all my years of visiting physicians. Incompetent, ignorant, unwilling to help and a rude attitude.

If you care about your health and are looking for a medical professional that cares about your needs and concerns, please do not choose Dr. Ferro. He is rude and unprofessional along with his incompetent staff. My father made appointments to be seen by him and he would be over booked and want his PA to take over. I got to this point which I would never be going back to him. They are so untrained staff that they don't know how to look for results, book appointments, answer phones etc. I was finally able to take a day off and go with dad to his appointment and realized these people should not be running a medical office. The Dr. over heard when I was asking when my father would be seen and he got mad and started yelling at me because he had other patients...when hello my dad was a patient as well and a question is just a question. Dad now agrees to look for a new, caring and professional doctor. Thank God he will not be returning to this mans practice. These people should be stopped from practicing and I will be calling OSHA due to the fact that after the "MA" took dads vitals and then stepped away, I was able to view other patients information if I wanted to because she left system up...again no professionalism and or work ethic. Hope you all think wisely and don't sign up with this Dr.
