I appreciate that this is a small family practice however, that doesn’t excuse poor customer services and sub-par patient care follow up. I am not a patient there (thank God); my mother is and I have witness a lack of follow up and questionable service from staff. Due to my mothers need of care she is unwilling to change doctors and I understand that. I would like more accountability and compassion when dealing with staff regarding my mother, a human being and not just another patient!

In the past I seen another doctor, who said I had high blood pressure, and the meds priscribed were making me ill, and when I expressed this to him, I was told to take the meds stop complaining, he never let me talk about how I was feeling, as if I didnt matter! Sense then I have change my provider, and am very pleased with Dr.E.Tanson, he takes time to listen to my concerns of my health, and gives advice to make sure im healthy! Checkups with Dr. Tanson showed no signs of high blood pressure!

As with any other doctor office there is a wait time of app 20 to 25 min not bad at all Dr Tanson really listens to you,he is a great doctor so us his dad an the staff is great
