Incompetent doctor; I told him about my symptoms hoping he would have some insight however he simply said, “what should I prescribe you?” Uncaring, condescending staff as well. They give you the run around and don’t know how to submit prior authorizations without critical errors leading to denials and preventable delays. The culture of this clinic is saddening. I truly feel for his patient’s and am astonished as to how he is in practice.

This Dr does not have work ethics at all. Doesn’t pay attention to his patients, he is talking to the patient and googling on his phone.He is asking his patients what pills do you want while he is the Dr. also he asked his patient about her blood pressure, when the nurse already gave him all that information.He made his patient wait for one hour while he was just B. S. With his secretary.No regards for the patient time or health, he should not be a Dr.Too bad that I can not give him zero stars, what he deserves.

Very late to appointments. Was an hour & 1/2 late to my appointment and made it seem like it was no big deal.

Don't let the office or location fool you. I've had other healthcare providers with fancy new offices in nice parts of Chicago, Scottsdale, and Manhattan. None of them have the compassionate and polite staff of La Loma Medical Group. I did not wait long, everyone was genuinely nice. Jeanette, the NP, in particular, is not only knowledgeable and helpful towards patient needs, her bedside manner is better than any provider I've had before. This will be my Doctor in the Bay Area.

Do not go to this office unless you like to deal with rude staff. I went to this office twice and will not go back. The staff is extremely unprofessional, rude, and always using inappropriate language for a doctor's office. I've heard the words: "idiot and stupid" multiple times from the receptionist and the Medical Assistants' and I truly doubt they even have a degree in the medical field. I did not get to meet the doctor on neither one of my appointments but on my last one he was over an hour late and the staff never informed me until I went and ask the front desk.

Dr Lovato is the best doctor in the area. He not only examines the patient thoroughly for the diagnosis, but he also listens to the patient's needs as well. A+
