Gabriel Kodzo Tanson's Online Review Report Card

My son John VV has been a patient with Dr. Elvis Tanson for years but I hadn't taken my son into his appointments for a long time because he wasn't in my care but I recently had a visit and the staff was warm and efficient although I was having difficulty trying to get a referralAnd the staff Bryce,Monica, Sonia, and Keturah tried their best to help me there was an error on my part a mix-up on the call from the referrals office and I owe the staff an apology and say thank you for being efficient prompt and having amazing customer service skills!

The worst medical service ever especially from the people in the office . Steve and Daniela are very unprofessional in the back office. They would not refill my diabetic medication because I wasn’t seen they were also very rude about it. They also said I couldn’t speak or leave a message to my doctor. That’s a very bad thing to do to a patient. Making them be off their diabetic medication for more than a month. If something happens to me I’m suing them ASAP. If I can give them zero stars I would . Don’t go here pick a different doctors office .

The front office staff and physician are what makes it a 1 star. They are very rude and very unwelcoming. Just because you hate your job doesn't mean you should take it out on the patients. Find a new job then. They make it bad for Bryce and Tanson.

Dr. Tanson was my PCP for 7yrs give or take. As a kid on welfare it was difficult for my single mom to find a doctor to even take medical and many would provide subpar care. Dr. Tanson was thoroughly attentive to my visits he was warm attentive and listened to my mom and my self he probed questions assessed and always provided care meeting my medical needs. I this was 10+yrs ago and I am thinking he’s burned out from what medical patients can do to a doctor- the office was flooded we had to wait usually 2hrs but no one took medical so no complaints he was a busy man. Poverty brings in a host of patients who have addictions and severe conditions from lack of self-care & this is all a breeding place for a doctor to fail...They are only humans burn out & I know he’s capable of being a great doctor I also know he’s in a senior age now, SanJ. County is notoriously poor/dangerous his pop is not the typical doctors. He’s likely needing to retire.

Simply trying to make an appointment. I’ve called roughly 20 times, hung up on twice, and left on hold 3 times ranging from 15-30 min. The office staff is absolutely terrible and has an awful attitude. The DMV of drs offices!!!

He's been my primary care physician for years. Elvis, not Gabriel. Elvis is the son. A good doctor.

Small clinic with good doctors and friendly staff. I get all my questions and needs answered

Cortilia and the whole staff are rude and evil and does not care if you receive your diabetic medicine or not. They treat patients like dirt.the doctor the son is very nice but let his staff treat u like dirt.

Been my Dr. Cent's i was little. I even have him as my kids Dr. too and the staff is nice and sweet too have no problems with them at all
