I know this is a troubled time we are living in, but to have appointments cancelled three times in a row is ridiculous. Further, when I pointed this out to gal rescheduling the second time, she said that "I" cancelled the first one--which is nonsense(someone was covering themselves). I have need of reliable services and clearly this surgeon does not have that--I would "at least" have personally called my patients to explain. I would not recommend this Dr as if he can't reliably make a simple appointment it say something about his overall reliability--assumed without clarification from them.

I have been a patient of Dr Gill for 4 years. I was sorry to hear that she will no longer be working at Heritage eye in Stockton. I really liked her attitude, positive outlook and her thoroughness during my eye exams. I wish her well!!
