My father had an MRI at Tracy Sutter on 3/7/22 and flatlined according to the hospital he had an allergic reaction which caused this, he was resuscitated and intubated, apparently his lung collapsed and was unable to breath on his own. he then was transferred to Sutter Sacramento. I am his only child so i was his advocate. This place did not help me. problem after problem..they gave my father 2 choices get a trach and feeding tube, which then after he would have to be placed in a nursing home or do hospice. he chose hospice. This doctor was not freindly, he didnt even look thoroughly at his medical records. My father had Multiple Sclerosis and had a successful kidney transplant, so mind you prior to this MRI this was the only thing wrong. his kidney worked good and he was fully functioning on his own with little help. this doctor ruled the cause of death from Multiple Sclerosis and renal failure. this is untrue. this doctor did not bother to look at his medical records. he didnt die from MS or renal failure. His medical records and labs can prove this. Ive attempted to contact this dr regarding this matter on 4/8/22 and today 4/13/22 and still have yet to hear from him.Sidenote: my father was able to tell us before he died that he was not allergic to any dye and has had several MRI"s with dye... sutter sacramento treated us horribly as well
He never listened to my main complaint. I had a pain in my back that I said was spreading to my shoulder and he had my shoulder x-rayed and nothing was there... Long story short 6 months later my new doctor had me get an MRI of my upper torso and they found a growth taking the upper half of my right lung that had spread to my spine and my right adrenal gland. I could have been diagnosed and treated 6 months ago if he wasn't so busy and listening with half an ear. I regret picking him as my doctor
Dr. Shah has been the best doctor I have been to. He is clearly very knowledgeable in his field and always makes me feel heard. By far a great doctor who listens to my concerns and offers adequate treatment options.

Dr Shah is busy, it is true you may have to wait if he is not available on time. It will be because he is taking care of another urgent medical problem for one of his patients. Without reservation I will testify that he is one of the best physicians within 65 miles if you really need a doctor to diagnose and provide the best treatment. He has more experience than 90% of the physicians you will see in Central or Nor CA. People get mad when they have to wait but those who have had him save their lives or give the correct diagnosis will not mind waiting occasionally. If you have a problem that is serious, go to Dr Shah, you won’t regret it. There is a reason he takes care of Doctors and their families. If you choose a doctor based on the front office staff or wait times, then don’t complain when your timely doctor with polite office staff misdiagnoses you and you end up with metastatic cancer. I know from experience, my husband turned to him a few years too late. If you die before your time, then how much time did you really save. FYI, I have waited from 10-60 minutes. That is an average wait time of 35 minutes. Quit crying about it.
Excellent doctor who takes time with you. Wait time is far more than 10 minutes but there are magazines in the office or you can bring a book. He has a gentle way about him that makes you feel comfortable

HORRIBLE patient care, HORRIBLE service! He has his appointment schedule start at 12pm for the first patient, mind you he is NOT in the office until at least 2:10-2:15pm. Then still takes another 10 mins to call you into a room just to wait for another 25-30 mins before he even comes in to see you. When he's in the room he doesn't give any information, doesn't let you explain anything, and types away for 10 mins, completely quiet, not one word to the patient then gives a lab order and says he's done. This doctor has HORRIBLE patient care and so does his staff. His MA 'Monica' has no urgency for referrals or tests or test results. It literally will take her over 1 month (minimum) to have a patient referred out or scheduled for a test. which I don't understand why it would take so long when he doesn't even see patients in until past 3pm. So what is she even doing all morning long. Not to mention how dirty and old and DISGUSTING his office is and patient rooms are. THIS IS THE WORST DR AND OFFICE AND OFFICE STAFF EVER!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
