I saw Nancy Ferrel at Urgent Care. After being there for 3 hours with numerous tests she told me I had pneumonia. Then she called me at home and said I needed to go to the ER for emergency dialysis. Later that day I got my test results back and my lungs were remarkably clear. I contacted my kidney doctor and he assured me I did not need dialysis. If possible do not visit Urgent Care on a Sunday!

I went to Sutter Urgent Care this morning. Excellent service only 1 1/2 hrs even with a X-ray . Kind compassionate caring people working there they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable.

The wait at the Urgent Care was 2 1/2 hours long. There had been 2 doctors, but one got called away to go work in Tracy. It's not the first time I've seen understaffing at this Urgent Care.

I have been going here since 2021. I've got my ENT and Neurologist Doctors right across the hall from each other. Very clean waiting room. I've used their Laboratory and Sutter Surgery Center as of last year. It's all clean, signs are in Braille and Large Letters. I prefer going to Sutter Health Care and Surgery Center than any other place. Sutter Laboratory doesn't have long lines either.
