Very nice doctor. Intelligent and asked all the right questions about my health concerns. Made suggestions for treatments but had no issues if I deferred.
1-star because of the staff.
Will never returning. This hospital opens on Saturday, but the doctor is not always on Saturday.RECEPTIONIST HORRIBLE!!! Very rude.Made appointment. But, Waited over one hour.
If yoy care for yourself and your family, do not sign up with him as your primary care physician. He is incompetent and greedy. He is at this point incapable of diagnosing properly for any possible illness because he takes in way more patients for a day than he can handle which means he will oversee a lot of signs that any patient many display. My father was prescribed with cold mecidine until he was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and passed away. I recommend anyone to stay away. I sure did and pulled my mother out of this physician and its medical group - Seoul Medical Group altogether. This is one last hope I have that they learn patients matter over money.
My father recently enrolled in an insurance plan through Medicare and chose Dr. Cha as the primary care physician. Due to Mr. Cha or his office's carelessness or lack of interest in patient's wellbeing altogether, my father was unable to see 4 specialists that he needed to see. It took me several days to call the specialists and the insurance company itself to determine that it was Dr. Cha's medical group or association or whatever it is that caused the entire problem. The IPA that Dr. Cha is a part of changed its number that is associated with the insurance company so all of father's approved referrals to see his specialists were cancelled. So my father was stuck between Dr. Cha's office, who could not careless about the situation and the specialists' offices who could not perform the necessary work because the initial referrals were all cancelled. It is now August and my father has not been able to visit any of his specialists this year after months of dealing with problems.
Dr. Cha and his staff made my first trip into his office a great experience! I was so scared because I've never had any kind of cosmetic surgery on my face before and was still not sure if I was going to be happy afterwards, but I am ecstatic now! Dr. Young is a true artist! I feel like I look 10 years younger. I was honestly so surprised that I saw the results so fast. I think what makes Dr. Cha stand out is that when you get fillers, your doctor has to also know how to mold them into your face to make you look as natural as possible. When you get a doctor that doesn't take the time to do this correctly or have an eye to make it look good once you have been injected, that's when you start to see all these crazy faces that people always talk about. Thank goodness I am not one of them! Thank you Dr. Cha! You are AWESOME!
Never visit this place. Receptionist has an attitude. They tell people to wait for "a little bit" and made sick wife wait for 3 hours. We ended up just walking out. There was an elderly client who was waiting a long time and asked the doctor to please help her due to her illness. The doctor brushed her off and took his phone call, ignoring the patient. The receptionist also stated that it was "Not in their policy to advise patients about the wait time and that she will enter on my wife's chart next time to let her know about the wait time next time" I'm sorry. I'm confused. Not in policy? How about some common courtesy and decency telling clients that the wait time will be significant??? Even answering machines do that. She made absolutely no sense. To add salt to the wound she said "I will let her know that there is a long wait time today" after my wife waited for 3 hours. She went in at 9:40 and ended up walking out at 12. Above all, they didn't even treat her. Had blood work done probably to squeeze insurance money but didn't even tend to her immediate need. I think the ratings for this place is also way off. Looking at how the elderly patients were treated it is impossible for this place to receive a perfect rating then I figured it out. The elderly patients cannot write complaints on yelp or other forms of social media due to technology gaps. All the elderly in the clinic were not treated as patients, rather a nuisance. Ugly service, terrible staff, receptionist with an attitude, and doctors who just don't care. Never, EVER visit this place.
Great office staff, clean office, the doctors here listen to the patient's concerns, are compassionate, and are willing to order tests and send you to specialists when indicated. Will help you get to the bottom of things. There is also a line for night time calls. Had I had this at my last doctor I would have been able to avoid a couple unnessary and harmful trips to the ER.

Fast and very responsive. This is exactly what you would want in a doctor and his staff. The nurses and all the staff are very professional and efficient. I know I can rely on Dr. Cha and his exceptional staff with my life and health. I am so glad I chose him as my PCP. Even with my busy work hours, I know I can count on them to answer any questions I have via e-mail and working quickly to get authorizations for routine and diagnostic tests. My mother has also told me that Dr. Cha has helped many people especially with stomach issues ever since he opened many many years ago. This is a team you can trust. Highly recommended.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
