I would like to thank Dr Panach and her staff for an experience I have never had with a primary care physician. I recieve compassion and kindness from the office staff and the same with Dr Panach. Dr Panach spends time with me so I may explain how I feel so she can refer me to the appropriate specialist if needed.

I have never felt so comfortable with a visit to the doctors office as I feel when I see Dr. Panach. She is so caring , conscientious, and professional Also the entire office staff is wonderful, including Genesis who always follows up with me for my prescriptions and referrals. I would highly recommend their office for something so important as our health care.

Dr Panach and her staff are without question the finest healthcare providers in this valley. As a Medicare Plans consultant I am always asked for referrals and I always respond that Dr Panach and her staff are absolutely the highest quality staff that I would unequivocally recommend. In my opinion, her staff has no peers. Their devotion to their patients is unparalleled and you can tell by the way you are treated that they truly care about you. In all the years I have been recommending these folks not only have I never received any complaints but have received many many thank you’s for the introduction. Dr Krieg has been my personal Doctor for many years, and after having fired several doctors for their lack of interest in me or my particular issues and an Indifferent staff where I was treated like an irritation to their day. With Dr Krieg’s pending retirement I transitioned to Dr Panach as my personal doctor and couldn’t be more pleased with her knowledge, training, specialties and intellect, that I know my health care is in the highest hands. She is a “lighthouse in a sea of mediocrity “ and I recommend her and her staff with the highest confidence.

I am very pleased with the care I have received from Dr. Krieg, and now from Dr. Panach. The office staff is very pleasant and helpful. Looking forward to continuing care with Dr. Panach.

Dr Krieg has been my primary physician for 4 years. He has been wonderful. The office staff are also wonderful. You don't have to wait an hour before being called back. He has always listened to my problems and sent me to the proper specialist right away. Dr Panach is new to the office but I expect the same care from her as well. So far so good.

Dr. Pernach's office staff is probably the best in Riverside County. My son has had a serious health problem for almost a year and they have bent over backward again and again to help my son and myself as I am his only caregiver. We never had the pleasure of working with Dr. Krieg, his PA, Stephanie Kirk has been working with my son, and is the most caring, concerned doctor his has had since moving to Menifee. We just had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Panach last week, and look forward to working with her in the future. If we could give this office and staff 10 Stars, we would.

The hardest part about moving to a new area is finding a good doctor. I was thrilled by the services that I received from Dr. Panach and her team. From the moment I called to make my appointment they were welcoming and accommodating. Dr. Panach was very thorough and spent the time getting to understand my medical history and explaining my treatment options. I am so glad to have found this office. I would highly recommend.

I would not recommend this doctor’s office it took over a month for me to get in as a new patient. I thought I was seeing Dr. Krieg but I saw Dr. Panach. She was not proactive with any of my healthcare needs. She wanted me to wait two months to do any lab work or give me my birth control that I have been on for years. Then she asks me if I’m going to get pregnant if we wait on the birth control. Isn’t that the point of birth control is so that you don’t get pregnant? I called the front office today and they told me that Dr. krieg was retiring in August and that they refer their clients to an OBGYN for birth control.

Dr Panach listens to your problems, plans a course of action and makes sure you understand the issues. I just feel better after just talking to the Doctor, I am confident I will appreciate the care and understanding I get from her.
